Bleach: Toshiro Loves Me (Completed)

Akira's True Powers

AKI POV

I saw him laying there. On the ground, being healed by a member of squad four. I can see him breathing, but barely.

"Toshiro. Toshiro. Toshiro." I whispered as I sunk beside his sleeping body. Tears fighting at the corners of my eyes.

"Shiro. Shiro. Captain Hitsugaya. Please be alright. Please." I whispered again.

"You. Squad four member. What's his condition?"

"He has fatal wounds and has lost a lot of blood. If it was not for his will to live, I would say he would die. But it seems that despite his wounds and fever, he will live. He has an admirable amount of will power to live."

"Thank you. Is he in a good enough condition where you can leave? Or must you stay to continue to heal?"

"I'm sorry Captain Emiko, but I must stay."

"That is fine. I will go then. When he wakes up, will you find me and tell me?" I put my hand on his cheek. "No. I want you to tell him that when he is better and his wounds healed, that he should come talk to me." I lean over and kiss Toshiro's forehead. I whisper, "Come find me. We must talk and soon," into his ear and start to leave.

TWO WEEKS LATER

TOSHIRO POV

"Captain."

"Yes Rangiku?"

"The head Captain has personally requested your presence."

"Personally? With no hell butterfly? It must be important."
I said heading to the Head Captain's barracks.

I get to the barracks and enter. Aki, Captain Ukitake and Captain Unohana is there too.

Aki looks pained.

--------FLASH BACK--------

"Captain Hitsugaya. You're awake." A squad four member speaks to me.

"I have a message to relay to you from Captain Emiko."

"Thank you. But I have no intention to follow on that message." I said turning away. I can feel the warmth of her lips of my forehead still. I can hear what she had whispered in my ear. But I cannot think at the moment.

-------FLASH BACK OVER--------

Now she won't make eye contact with me. Maybe because I have yet to meet with her.

"During the sentence that Central 46 has given Aizen, he has spoken about the child Akira. He knows of her powers and has proven that the Soul Society should fear her. You four Captains have had the most contact with this child. Central 46 is wanting to detain the child as a threat."

"That's impossible! She is no threat to  the Soul Society, or its people! Her power is strong, but with the right teachings, she should be able to help the Soul Society, not bring it to it's knees." Aki spoke out with hurt in her voice.

"I agree upon what Captain Emiko has said. While I was running the tests on this child, she showed no presence or intent to harm anyone. She has shown me how her powers work. She does her great powers, but her mind is still in a state where it can be directed and taught." Captain Unohana spoke.

"I have too seen these powers. She is strong indeed. But Head Captain, no one has seen any form of a threat from this child. Maybe we can bring the child to Central 46 to prove she is not a threat." Ukitake said.

"Enough. Central 46 has made its decision. And that decision cannot be altered. If Central 46 wants to detain the child, we must give her to them. You of all people know this responsibility Aki. You cannot change the choice. So I suggest that you should be the one to bring her to Central 46." I spoke looking at her.

She turned towards me. "You cannot be serious. She is a living being, not a tool for Central 46. That is what she will be turned into. I will not let that happen to my sister." She said. Anger showing in her eyes.

"Quiet." Boomed out the Head Captain.  "The child will be brought to me. I will judge her, and if I see a reason that she should not be detained, I will personally appeal to Central 46. Aki Emiko, bring the child to me."

"There is no need. I'm already here." Came Akira's voice from behind us.

"Akira!" Aki said rushing toward her. "How did you get here?"

"I could feel the Vibrations of everyone's souls, even from squad Nine barracks. So I used flash step to rush over here."

"Flash step?! But how did you learn?" Aki sounded confused.

"When Toshiro left to the Captains meeting, he used flash step. At that moment his soul vibrated in a speed and density different from that of emotions. So I copied the vibrations and learned how to use it. It did take a big amount of energy to do because I do not have as much spiritual pressure or spirit energy as a Captain."

"This child truly is powerful. She has to capability to over take the soul society." The head captain spoke.

"But I will not do so. Aki is my sister and I will not bring the place she loves most to its knees. I cannot do that. If anything I wish to protect the Soul Society. Teach me Head Captain Yamamoto. Use me for what you need. I am the the mercy of your hands." She said bowing.

"I shall appeal to Central 46 now. This meeting is dismissed." The head captain speaks and we all turn to leave.
