Can We Be Together?

After all the fighting ended and the wounded began to heal momma rushed to Shuhei.

AKI POV

I rushed with Akira to Shuhei. He was healing at the moment but he's fine. Damn it. If only i could have fought. If only i was there to protect him.

After Shuhei was done healing Akira and i ran to hug him. "Were you that worried?" Asked Shuhei.

"Of course we were. Especially momma." Akira said smiling.

I nodded and Shuhei smilied slightly. Shuhei was completely healed and we went back to the barracks. I couldn't help but be happy that Shuhei was okay. As i was thinking about Shuhei i thought of Toshiro. I don't know how Toshiro feels about me. 

I don't even know how i feel about Toshiro right now. I started to feel confused and apparently it showed cause Shuhei looked at me. "Are you okay?" 

"Yeah. I'm fine." I said trying not to choke on the tears i could feel pricking at my eyes. 

"Something's wrong." Shuhei insisted. I tried to smile but i couldn't. Tears fell and Akira came the hug me with Shuhei. He held me as i cried. "Calm down, okay." He cooed. I looked up at him and smiled, wiping away my tears. 

 Shuhei opens his mouth to say something but i interrupt him. "Don't say anything and just kiss me." He smiled and bent down kissing me. 

Akira giggled and I smiled. But my heart began ti sink as I searched for Toshiro's spiritual pressure. I can barely feel it. It's fading. It can't just fade. Not like that. I won't let it.

I stood up, "I'll be right back Akira. And promise me you will not use your Soul Vibrations. Please." I looked at her begging. 

"Okay." She said. I nodded and used my flash step to find Toshiro.

SHUHEI POV

"Okay." Akira said. As soon as Akira said that, Aki left. It's Captain Hitsugaya. She saw what happened with the Captain and Momo. Her heart must be hurting to see that. I know that there is nothing that I can do.
