The Captain & Her Lueitenant

SHUHEI POV 

"But i dont care." I said as i grabbed her chin, making her face me. "Captain Hitsugaya, doesn't seem to know how you feel. I can tell by the way you look at him, that you think the same way." Her eyes lighten and soften. She seems like she's going to cry. But she doesn't. 

I can tell that she doesn't want to cry. She tries to move her face away, before she could i kissed her. She seems shocked at first and is stiff, but she relaxes. She kisses me back. She puts her hands on my chest as i put my hands on her back. 

She slowly trails her hands up and down my chest. My hands trail down her butt, one hand to her thighs, lifting her leg. Akira stirs slightly and Aki stops. She looks at me apologeticly and kisses Akira's head. 

"Shuhei......." was all she was able to say before i kissed her again. My name coming out of her mouth made my heart race. I used to be so rude to her. Now i don't even know why i was. I bit her lip lightly and she gasped. 

"Shuhei,.......stop,.......we could,......get into so,......much trouble." She said against my lips.

AKI POV 

"Shuhei,.......stop,.......we could,......get into so,......much trouble." I said against his lips. My mind is telling me no to this. But my body wants this. I couldn't do this in the same room as Akira, but i didn't want to stop. I could feel his heat, his soft lips against mine. This felt so right, but so wrong. He started to undo my Kimono. 

"Shuhei. Please. Not around Akira." I pleaded. He stopped. He looked at her and smiled sadly. He nodded and stood up. "I should be going." 

I reached out and grabbed his hand. "No. Its dark, stay. I don't think one night could hurt." He smiled and we lied there, until sleep crept over me. 

I woke up in the morning and Shuhei was gone, so was Akira. I can feel there spiritual pressures, so i know they're safe. I threw on my Haori and combed out my hair. I walked slowly to my office in my barracks. 

As i was walking one of my lower ranking officers came up to me. "Good morning Captain Emiko." She said bowing her head. 

"Good morning Shizuka." I said. She walked a little behind me to my right, as all lower ranking officers are told to do so. "Any thing new today?" I asked. 

She nodded. "Instead of having breakfast in your office today, Lueitenant Hisagi had the whole squad get up early and make a big breakfast for you and the whole squad. He thought it would be a good idea to do so you could have the squad meet Akira. That way if someone is busy and can't look after her, someone else in the squad can." 

"Shuhei planned this?" I asked turning around to face Shizuka. 

"Yes, ma'am. Everyone is waiting for you." I nodded and we went to the barracks dinning hall. Which is barely even used anymore. I walked in and the whole squad bowed their heads and said good morning. 

The breakfast wasn't so bad. Akira was having fun with all the new people. My squad may seem ruthless, mean, and a little badassed, but they're all good at heart. Even the ones who don't think having Akira is a good idea, they still love her, and will always follow my comand at will. 

"Thank you everyone. I am greatful for having you as a squad. I know this idea of watching a child may seem like a burdon, but i will not force you into anything you are un able to do. I am greatful for a great squad. To be honest, at first, i didn't think i could handle such a crude, badass squad. But i know you are all loyal and willing to fight under my comand and again, for that i am greatful." I said as the breakfast was getting over. 

Shizuka came over to me with Akira. They both were laughing and having fun. I couldn't help but smile. "Momma! Momma! Shizu-chan said that if it was okay with you that she would watch me tonight. And she said we could go to the bath house!"
