Louis and Harry had walked each other to their classes all day and it was now time for lunch. The two had gotten really close and they became really good friends.

It's weird..Louis has never wanted to hang out with someone so much..and he's not even expecting anything in return. He doesn't see Harry as a conquest (but that would be great he'd hop on that train) but now as a friend.

They were walking to the table lunch table when Louis cheerily said "hey guys! This is Harry. He's new and pretty cool so I thought it'd be nice if I invited him to sit with us." He finished with a smile.

Before anyone said anything about it Zayn cut in and said "of course Lou! Hey Harry how are ya man?"

"I'm good I guess just trying to get used to the new surroundings and all that, but it's a lot easier thanks to Louis" Harry said looking at the small boy.

He just smiled back.

After they all introduced themselves Niall and Matty excused themselves to go get food while Harry and Louis were left with Zayn and Ashton.

"So" Ashton said turning to Harry "you like Louis?" He said with a smirk.

Louis's face turned angry glaring at Ashton trying to send some message that read shut up now.

You see Louis and Ashton used to have a thing but it didn't really work. Louis wanted more freedom and he didn't like the idea of being tied down to one person. Ashton never really got over it.

Harry just shrugged. "Yeah he's really nice and so are all of you" he said smiling.

Ashton stared at him like he was stupid which made Louis mad.

"No no that's not what I meant. What I meant was do you feel an attraction to him? Like
like-liking him. Like you wanna date....so do you?" Ashton asked coldly ignoring Louis's death glare.

Harry looked surprised and a little hesitant. "Well we only just met an-" Harry was cut off.

"Just answer the question Harry. It's not that hard" Ashton said eyes fixed on Harry like a predator to its prey. "because I don't know about you, but I know Louis knows just the right places to lick and tou-"

"Okay! That's enough! Jeez Ashton, me and Harry haven't known each other for a day and you already are asking him this? You silly boy!" Louis said playfully in one of the sweetest voices he could come up with. He smiled widely like the Cheshire Cat.

It looked fake.

"Ok well Ashton you know what I just hate?" Louis asked in an overly cheery voice. "When people try to start problems! Ugh it just gets me sooooo upset! Don't you agree?" He said his smiling becoming even wider.

Ashton just glared at him with a clenched jaw.

The thing that gave it away was that Louis's fists were clenched so hard they were turning white and his nails were digging into his palm.

"Louis..?" Harry asked slowly because he didn't know why Louis was acting so weird.

Zayn just looked sympathetic and then stood up taking Louis's hand and leading him out of the cafeteria.

Ashton snorted and looked away. Just at that time the other boys came back with the food and Harry was left stunned and confused about what just happened.

"Where's Louis and Zayn?" Niall asked.

"To the bathroom" Ashton quickly responded with a smile who then started talking as if nothing had happened.

"Why is he still doing this Zayn?! He just won't let it go!! I couldn't help it that I just didn't feel the same way!" Louis sobbed into Zayn's shoulder.

They were currently sitting behind the auditorium which no one ever came to. This was just Louis and Zayn's spot.

"I don't know Lou...I just wish he would leave you alone. I don't like to see my best friend upset like this..." Zayn said hugging Louis tighter.

"I just don't get it. He always does this. It's just not fair! Do you know how hard it is to try and act nice and cheerful all the time when he is always trying to ruin my life?! Why does he even sit with us if he's so upset?!" Louis said riling himself up.

"Ashton just needs to leave me alone! I can't take this anymore! How do I get him to leave me alone?!"

They both sat in silence trying to think of ways for Ashton to get over Louis.

"What if..." Louis said putting his finger on his lip as if contemplating his idea.

"What?" Zayn perked up.

"What if I had sex with him one more time? Like if I agreed to have sex with him it'd be like a final goodbye and then he'd stop. It'd be a win-win for both of us too. Would that work?" Louis asked hope in his eyes.

"I don't know Lou...that's kinda..." Zayn said eyeing Louis.

"That's what I'll do! Ashton I'm sure would happily agree. Ok thanks Zayn this'll be easy as pie." Louis said smiling and skipping off.

"Shit" Zayn mumbled under his breath and then started walking after his friend.
