Regina and I were walking out of the school together when she turned to me.

"Hey, do you wanna go to the gym?" She asked me while we continued to walk.

"Ya, sure. I'm going to go home and get dressed in the right clothes and then I'll meet you there." I smiled at her and we went our separate ways to our cars.

When I got home I quickly put on a sports bra, black tank top, black shorts, and pink tennis shoes. I decided to put my hair up in a high ponytail. I get hot and sweaty quite quickly because my hair is so long and thick. Before I left the house I also put more deodorant on.

I ran downstairs, grabbed my keys and went out to my Volkswagen Beetle. I really need to wash my car soon. I told myself as I got in the drivers side.

I sat in the car and texted my mom where I would be in case she got home a bit early.

The gym isn't that far so it only took me about 7 minutes to get there. I looked around the parking lot to see that there were a lot of people here. I soon spotted Regina's black car so I decided to go inside.

I saw Regina running on a treadmill so I decided to join her on the treadmill that was next to her. When she saw me she slowed down and went at a walking pace.

"So, you finally showed up!" Regina said while breathing heavily.

I started to walk on my treadmill. "Ya, ya. I know I'm slow. Get over it." I chuckled at Regina.

Regina put her earbuds in and started running faster. I decided to do the same. I plugged my earbuds in my phone and started playing Melanie Martinez.

I turned my volume up loud so I wasn't able to hear anything other then the music that's playing. I looked around at all the people. Most of the people here were guys. Some older, some teenagers.

I ran on the treadmill while humming about random things. For example, how I need to wash my car, what I'm going to wear tomorrow, etc.

I looked around a bit more to see Killian across the gym, on some machine that I don't know the name of.. Ya, ya, I know. It's pretty sad that I don't know what the name of the machine is called. All I could really focus on was how Killian didn't have a shirt on. I have to admit, he had a pretty nice six pack. I started to blush at me thinking this.

I started to get quite hot so I decided to take a break from running and get some water. I was drinking from the water fountain when I heard someone talk from behind me.

"I didn't know you came to the gym?" Killian said.

I turned around the see him whiling sweat from his forehead. "Ya, sometimes." I said while leaning against the wall. "Do you come here a lot?"

"Almost everyday." Killian says while taking a step towards me.

I felt a bit uncomfortable and awkward so I stepped away. "Ah. Well..I'm gonna go back over to Regina." I said while nodding my head in her direction.

I started to walk away when Killian said something. "Can I meet her? I've never been properly introduced to any of your friends."

I bit my lip. "Um..I-I guess." I said and started to walk in Regina's direction with Killian following close behind.

Regina saw us coming over so she took her earbuds out and stopped the treadmill. "And who's this?" Regina said with a wink. Regina pisses me of sometimes. She already knows who he is..

I coughed, awkwardly. "Ah, this is Killian..my soulmate.." I felt heat crawling up my neck and I knew my face was red.

Killian stuck out his hand to Regina. Regina gladly took her hand in his and shook it.
