So here I am, sitting on the floor next to Aiden's bed, trying to hide from everyone.

Yes, that's right, I'm hiding like a coward, sue me.

But like, what the heck is happening to me? Normal people's eyes don't glow like that. Hell, normal people's eyes don't glow, period!

Suddenly a thought dawns on me.

Is it from the bite? Is it contagious? Did he turn me into a werewolf? Son of a bitch!

With this newfound anger, I storm out of the room in search of my target.
Almost as if I could sense him, I found him in his study sitting at his desk, face in his hands.

"You!" I growl, storming over to him.

His head snaps up to mine in shock.

"Andy-"

Slap.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you heard correctly. I just slapped Aiden in his beautifully chiselled face. And can I just say,

"Damn that hurt like a bitch!" I scream grabbing onto my hand. "What is your face made of, sexy bricks?!"

A small smirk appears on his face, but quickly disappears as he stares into my eyes.

"Andy, we need to talk,"

"Hell yeah we do! A werewolf bite means we're friends? Bull! You turned me into one of you!" I yell accusingly at him, getting close to his face as I give his chest a hard shove.

"Andy, you need to calm down," he growls out lowly, his eyes starting to glow.

"Or what? You going to bite me aga-" My sentence is cut short as I'm pushed against the wall, his hands on either side of my head caging me in.

This is hot.

Not the time!

"Andy, calm down, now," he lowly demands. As much as I want to yell at him, and hit him, I feel my body submit to him.

My eyes widen in horror at how I just reacted.
What the hell is happening to me? Fight back!

No.

"What's going on?" I whisper out, my voice sounding weak and afraid. I look up at him in his eyes, watching his facial expressions soften as he cups my cheek.

Suddenly I'm pressed against his chest as his arms wrap around my shoulders securely.

I just stand there, shocked. He's hugging me.

And you love it.

My arms wrap around his waist tight as I bury my face into his muscled chest, letting out a quiet sob.

"I know you're confused, but we'll figure it out, okay?" he mumbles into my shoulder.

I let out a sigh as we continue to just hold each other.

I'm not sure how long we stay like that for, but soon a soft knock on the door slowly pulls us apart.

"Aiden," Lucas says hesitantly, "we have a problem on the north side of the territory."

"Rogues," Aiden mumbles angrily.

"They're all gathering together. We saw about twenty, but there may be more further in the woods."
