I fell to the ground crying. no sobbing. there was my babygirl the love of my life laying in a hospital bed hooked up to so many machines. she had cuts and gashes and stitches all over her. She had bruises everywhere also. she was so pale too. there was a cast on her wrist and a full cast on her whole left leg.
I got up and went in the chair next to her bed. I grabbed her hand and started bawling again. she can't leave sh-she can't I love her way too much.
A minute later taylor and Mia walk in with a doctor. I stand up still holding her hand.
"hello sir. are you family? if not you must leave." he said. uhh think fast.
"yes I'm her twin brother." what Hunter?! Taylor looks at me like I'm crazy then realizes what I'm doing. thank god he didn't eat me out.
"okay then. I will be back soon with her results from her catscan. I want you three to know that she is lucky she's alive." the doctor says walking out. All the sudden taylor runs up to me engulfing me in a hug.
"I'm so sorry you guys I should have never let her go back in. it's all my fault." Mia says in tears. Taylor walks over to her and hugs her.
"no baby no. it's none of our faults. I talked with the police and they said that the person in the car was drunk." taylor says.
After about 45 minutes the doctor comes back and I stand up still holding Callie's hand.
"okay. so Callie is in a very mild coma which she should wake up from within two days. Also thankfully she has no damage to her brain just her body is badly beat up. thank you for waiting. any questions?" he says.
"uhm since it's really late can we stay the night?" I ask the doctor.
"sure. but don't tell my boss. haha. oh and I know you're not her twin. I looked at her records. she only has her older brother which I assume is him." he says pausing and pointing at taylor. crap. busted.
"boyfriend I'm guessing?" he asks. wait he's not kicking me out?
"uhh yes sir. I'm so sorry I lied. I just couldn't leave her. I love her way too much and I promised I'll always be there for her." he just smiles. Taylor and Mia are sitting on the couch super shocked.
"that's sweet. I hope she pulls through for you. young love is adorable. but if anyone asks, you are her brother." he says and walked out.
"okay. that was luck. I'm so glad he didn't kick me out." I say taking a deep breath. tay and Mia just nod.
I decided to look at the missed texts and calls I have. 7 missed texts 4 missed calls.

I set my phone on the table next to Callie's phone on the table which shockingly has not a scratch on it.
within minutes I fall asleep to soft beeping keeping me aware that she is okay.
