I woke up to sounds of sheets rubbing. Is Callie waking up?!  I immediately jump up out of my chair.
"baby?! Callie listen to me?!" I say
I see her squeeze her eyes together more. she's waking up! I run over and shake Taylor awake and  run back to next to Callie. I grab her hand and she groans.
"I'm gonna go get a doctor!" Taylor whisper yells and runs out of the room.
"baby. give me a signal that you can here me please. I need you baby." I say grabbing her hand and I wait.
about a minute later she squeezes my hand and her eyes flutter open.
"BABE!" I scream and hug her softly. she smiles and tries to sit up but immediately falls back.
"ow. I can't sit up." she says and I stand up. I go over to the couch and grab a pillow to put behind her.
"here wrap your arms around me like a hug." I tell her and she giggles and hugs me. I move backwards a little so she moves up.
"ow Hunter it hurts." she says tears forming in her eyes.
"shhh babygirl it's okay. we're almost done." I put the pillow behind her and lay her back and look at her.
"wh-what's wrong with me?!" she says confused as to why I'm staring at her.
"nothing at all is wrong with you baby. even with bruises and cuts all over your face you still are beautiful. I love you so much." I tell her and sit on the edge of her bed.
"I love you more Hunter. you are my world. when I was in that coma I saw everything. I wish I could've woke up when you walked through that door. when you fell to the ground crying I felt so bad. and thank you for staying by my side the whole time and not leaving. i love you so much." she says grabbing my hand and intertwining it with mine.
"babygirl why would I ever leave you? I love you more than myself. I cannot stand being without you. especially in this situation. when I walked in here I thought I was going to lose you. and that, that can't happen. I don't know what I'd do without you Callie Rose Harris. I love you so freaking much and I can't stop telling you that. I could tell you every second of the day how much I love you." I say and I cup her cheeks and lean in for a kiss. we move our lips and sync and after about 15 seconds we hear a bunch of "awww" I totally forgot Mia was still in here and taylor, the doctor and and a few nurses have came back in.
Callie starts blushing and hides her face behind me. I turn back around and face her.
"don't hide your blushing. I told you that I love you and I will tell it to the world." I say and smile at her and get up to let the doctors do their business.
