My eyes shoot open to the sound of my phone ringing. "Hello?" I say Into my phone. "Hayden! Why didn't you call me last night?! How did everything go with Julian?" She asked eagerly. "It went good, he played some music for me and we drank some beer. Oh and he's pretty much rich." I say with my raspy voice. "What?! No way. I can't believe you're dating a rich guy!" I chuckle. "We're not dating...but we did kiss a few times." She gasps. "No way. Ugh. No fair Hayden you get all the guys..." She says sadly. "No I don't, that Nick guy was totally into you." She chuckles. "I hope so. Well I gotta go. We can talk more about him later." She says. "Ok see ya." I say as I hang up the phone. As soon as I hang up the phone, I see I have another call. "Hello?" I ask. "Hey Hayden, it's Julian." He says in a happy tone. "Oh hey! What's up?" "Well, last time we hung out we didn't do much...and I was wondering if you wanted to go out on a...date?" He asked. I could feel how nervous he was and I couldn't help but think it was cute. "I would love too go." I said happily. "Okay, that's great! But...there's one little catch. Remember Nick?" He asks. "Yea, I do. What about him?" I ask, confused as hell. "He really likes you're friend Jocelyn and wants to make it a double date, but I'm asking for him because he's intensely shy. Kinda feel bad for em', and he didn't have her number so he couldn't call her himself." "Ohhh, I see. Well I call her up and ask her and let you know if she says yes or not. I'll call you right back." I say. "Alright, bye." He hangs up. I dial Jocelyn's number and she quickly answers. "Oh my god! Nick wants to go on a date with you!" I yell into the phone. "Wait what?" She asks confused. "Well...Julian called and asked if we wanted to have a double date, me and him. And you and nick. Nick couldn't ask you himself because he's really shy when it comes to women and because he didn't have you're number." "Aww how cute. I'd love to go! Tell him I said yes. But what time?? I need the details." She asked. "I gotta call Julian back and I'll text you the time and the place.
I fix up my hair and makeup. And look at the clock. 7:58pm. I got a little nervous since this would be the first date I had in a long time. I hope it goes well. The door bell rings and I walk over slowly trying not to fall in the heels I was wearing. "Hey, woah. You look beautiful." Julian says while admiring my dress. I blush. "Thank you Julian. You look very handsome." I say to him. He was wearing a traditional black and white suit. "I wanted this to be a good old classic date." He says as he pulls out a bouquet of red roses from behind his back. "These are beautiful Julian, thank you." I say and smile. "You're very welcome. Let me walk you to the car." I grab his arm and we walk to the car and get in. "Hey so why did you want me to give you Jocelyn's address?" I ask. "Well I convinced Nick to go and surprise Jocelyn and pick her up himself. They'll meet us at the restaurant." He says as he starts the car and begins to drive.
We pull up in front of one of the most expensive restaurants in nyc. It's called "La Bélle" we walk in and are immediately seated. We sit down and wait for Nick and Jocelyn to get here before we order anything. A few moments pass and we see Jocelyn and Nick walk over and sit down across from us. Nick looks extremely red and nervous. Me and Julian couldn't help but chuckle. "Hey guys!" Jocelyn and Nick greeted us. "Hey you guys both look great!" I say. They smile and we pick up the menu's and begin to order our food. We all make small talk until or food arrives.
We finish up our last bit of food and call it a night. "Don't worry guys, I'll pay." Julian says as he begins to open his wallet and set the money as well as s tip on the table. "Come on Hayden, I'll drop you off at home." He says as he politely grabs my jacket for me. "Thanks Julian." I smile. He smiles back. "Okay Nick and Jocelyn, it's was fun get home safe. Goodnight." We part ways and me and Julian hop into his car. "So how did you like dinner?" He asks. While keeping his eyes on the road. "It was delicious, I loved it. Thank you." I say as a smile emerges on my face. "No problem, I had a great time." He says as he pulls up in front of my house. "Let me walk you to you're door." He says as he gets out of the car and starts walking with me. "You don't have to." I say. He smiles. "I want to." We get to my door. "Well, it really was fun Julian, thank you." He steps close to me. "Again, it was no problem. I had a lot of fun too but...I just can't take it any more." He says as his soft lips crash on to mine, but I wasn't complaining, I grab his scruffy face and deepen our kiss. His strong hands has my body in their grasp. He slips his tongue in and the little hairs on my body start to stand up. We pulled away at the same time. "I'm sorry I jus-" i put my finger over his lips. "Julian, stop apologizing every time after you kiss me, I wanted it." He smiles with confidence. "I'm glad you feel that way, goodnight Hayden." He says as he hugs me tightly. "Goodnight Julian." I say as he walks to his car.
