About the Author - Natasha Preston is one of the famous Wattpad authors who has also been published. With over 39,700 followers and over 162,000 votes, she has proved that she can balance family time and her writing simultaneously. Today I am going to be reviewing one of her novels which is 'The Cellar' a mystery/thriller and horror about a young girl who get's kidnapped and locked into a cellar by a man who wants the perfect family he never had.

The Cellar - When sixteen-year-old Summer Robinson goes missing one night, her family, friends and boyfriend are devastated. Nothing ever happens in Long Thorpe, so the disappearance of a school girl shocks the whole community. The police waste no time in launching a search and investigation, but with nothing to go on and no trace of Summer, hopes of finding her quickly fade.

Colin Brown, is a thirty-two-year-old accountant, living alone after the death of his mother. He suffered a traumatic and abusive childhood, and is left with no sense of right or wrong. Desperate for the perfect family, Colin, referring to himself as Clover, uses drastic and sinister measures to get what he wants.

My Review - I loved the complexity of the character Clover and the way he has been portrayed. Lewis - Summer's boyfriend - who will not stop at anything till he get's Summer back is another amazing part of this story. I really liked how Summer was portrayed as well and how she tried her best to maintain her sanity was another highlight of this story. This story does require editing, but since its going to be published, it is undergoing editing.

Overall, I loved this story as it kept me wanting to read more!

Hat's off to you Tasha! You pulled off an amazing story.

My Score - 9/10.
