I look up at the image formed of mine on the mirror. I liked it and was really proud right now.Megan walks from behind me. "Hmmm.. you look really good." She says. "Final touch!" She says and sits me back down on the chair. She comes in front of me and obsrtving my face. She takes a mascara and applies it for the twelfth time in all.
Then she takes the lipstick and applies slightly on the edge.
"Everything else is good." She mutters, rubbing the thumb a bit on my cheek to get off some slight mark.
"There! You look really fantastic!" She says.
"Thanks.. all thanks to you." I say smiling at her.
"Welcome. My piece of art never fails to look beautiful and has some sense." She says critisising the salon lady who spoilt her hair and make-up on her first date with Charles.
"Never believe them until you are completely sure about it." She says scowling at the lady again.
"Forget it now! Its almost a year now." I remind.
"Yeah. I don't wanna spoil 'your day'" she says.
"Oh please!" I say rolling my eyes.
"Come on! Let's go down! He will be coming any time soon." She says shoving me through the door and down the stairs.
As usual, Fiona sits on a couch eating popcorn and watching 'The Dark Knight'.
"Hey! You are looking really good!" Fiona compliments, really liking my outfit.
I was wearing a black skirt and a stripped black and white full sleeved top. I wore black stockings that came a bit above my knees.
I slide a black purse with a white chain around my arm and sit down on the other couch taking some popcorn from Fiona's bowl. Meg sits next to me intently watching the movie.
The bell rings and Meg decides to open it. She opens it revealing Bryan. Bryan smiles at Meg and asks something which I guess is asking where I was.
Meg waves for me to come and I walk over to the door. Bryan widens his eyes at me and I can't believe I just blushed. Just because he widened his eyes, I blush. Great, right? Not.
He is wearing a casual dress and a hoodie. Its spring but the weather is a bit windy. The night adds to it.
He gives me his gorgeous grin and I slip my hand into the loop of his arm. I wave Meg a goodbye and walk down the porch steps.
"You look really good." He says.
"And you look good." I say.
He frowns and says, "Don't I look good?"
