Where is life heading to?
Is it going towards the North?
Where the Northern Lights play every year?
Where is life heading to?
Is it going towards the South?
Where the icy world of the Antarctic lies?
Where is life heading to?
Is it going towards the East?
Where everyone believes is where the first migrating beings came from?
Where is life heading to?
Is it going towards the West?
Where the greatest nation on Earth lies?
Where is life heading to I wonder.
It's a mystery that I try to resolve,
Looking for certain clues that might help.
But, to no avail.

Maybe I'm not meant to know where life is heading.
That's okay,
I might find out as I continue my journey.
As a traveler, following and asking,
