Little Nightingale,
You sing so fair.
You've traveled so far and glide on air.
My wandering child,
What lies from afar?
The chains of fear and burden are so great,
I have no known escape.
Tell me what lies outside.
Little Nightingale,
Sing your song so fair.
So that I may know what lies
In the world ahead.
