*Holly's P.O.V*

"I don't babe, one day Chris just gave up and stopped caring." I sighed as Jerry kept talking on the phone. "So, Cameron left. He wanted to get his act together before ever going to go back. He wanted to have something to present, and to not look like a disappointment to all dads." I but down on my nails due to my nerves. "Well, thanks I just kinda freaked out and lashed out on Bethany."

"It's my pleasure babe, and don't worry she's your best friend, she'll forgive you." I mumbled a 'hopefully' and hung up on the phone. I ran my fingers through my hair and placed my hands on my neck. I don't know what I was on to speak to Bethany like that. I was just scared and nervous and I though mr Cameron had told Bethany about all of that and she would've had to ask me, and I would've had to say that I knew all along. And that would've been a bigger issue.

I hear the door open and see Bethany walk in. "Beth I just wanted to sa-" I was cut off my a door slamming in my face. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I have no clue what got into me. Please when you're ready to say something, even just a word I'll be out here." The door open and I smile thinking she's going to talk to me. "Dumb thot." Than she slammed the door again. Well at least she said two words to me. Two words I did deserve. "I'm sorry Bethany, I just hope you can forgive me."

*Cameron's P.O.V*

I place my hands in my hoodie pocket when the cold breeze hit me. You ever feel like life's out to get you or god? Depending on your religion. It's like they purposely put you on this earth that has been around for billions of years and yet they put you in the same time period as specific people. Christopher, Jerry, Even Bethany. If I wasn't in the same time period as her, none of this would've ever happened. I wouldn't have got her pregnant and ruin her life completely. I would've just been a player who would've gotten some hoe pregnant, not a girl with goals and a future.

Maybe now that I'm out of her life, she'll finally have the life she deserves. Maybe I shouldn't even go back like I planned. Her life might be better without me in it. I felt my chest hit someone and that someone's yelling, "hey watch where you're going jerk!" (chapter two vibes 😝) "Oh my god, I am so sorry, here let me help you." I looked down at her and gave her my hand to help her. Holy shit. Another 'what the fuck' moment.

"Holly?"

*Holly's P.O.V*

"Cameron? What the hell are you doing here?" I spat. "I have legs don't I?" I rolled my eyes. Is he fucking serious right now. "I don't have time for your sarcastic shit, so please be serious boy. Before I smack your ass to your mothers house." He looked down at the mention of his mother. "Tell me about it." I bluntly said. "Huh?"

"Tell me about everything, the moment I mentioned your mother you got triggered, so tell me everything who. What happened for starters, who you miss, who you want to see, and your plan." He sighed. I looked at him closely. Still the same Cameron from high school. Still standing at his tall structure. 6'2 he went well with Bethany since, her queen self was 5'6. Same green eyes. Can't forget about that seductive fuckboy smirk. Somehow has small tiny features from his mother, yet looks just like his father.

"Okay, but let's go somewhere and eat, I can explain better with food in my stomach." I nodded. "Of course, I'm hungry too. There's a McDonald's just a block away, we can eat there." He smiled as we headed to McDonald's.

"Wow." I sighed as he finished explaining what happened beginning from when he left a pregnant sixteen year old with twins up to running into a black queen a block away from McDonald's. "Yeah, I just couldn't stay with Bethany, Chris meant what he said, he was going to hurt Bethany and the babies if I didn't go with him. I had no choice. Even if I had called the cops. Chris has connections, he knows people. He would've just gotten someone to do something to Bethany. And I would rather me be miserable without her knowing she's safe and alive rather then me be miserable with her, while she's badly hurt or dead."

I nodded my head. "Cameron, I get where you're coming from. And I'm not angry with you anymore. But I just have one question to ask you." He nodded his head. "Yeah go ahead." I played with my thumbs. I know telling Bethany this answer to this question might get her to forgive me. "Do you have any idea where Alisa is? I mean you saw her and you know why she left but can you please tell me where she is. I know Bethany will be on cloud nine knowing that not only did her baby daddy came back but so did her sister that she adores."

"You know I would do anything and everything even speak to god himself in order to make my princess smile. But I sadly don't know where Alisa is. She was going to do the same I was. Make a plan. Get a job, have something to present instead of going empty handed with a lousy explanation that'll take Bethany a a little while to forgive knowing she can only hold a grudge for maybe an hour." I laugh. "She'll be back. Don't worry. Bethany will have her back too." I smiled listening to him. He really is in love with Bethany. Just the slightest mention of her gets him all happy and bright. "Oh shoot." I sucked my teeth looking at the time.

"I'm late and it's my day." I quickly began to gather my stuff. "What where are you going? For what?" I threw the garbage out and began walking out with Cameron following. "Holly? For what." I began heading to the daycare. "Today is my day to pick Kimberly up since Bethany's working and I'm late." I began walking faster knowing how Kimberly might react that I forgot to pick her up. She might be a toddler but she knows what's going on.

"Kimberly?" Cameron manage to get out after staring at me when I said her name the first time. "Yes Cameron, Kimberly." I stopped and looked at him. "Come with me, you need to see your daughter and how much she looks like your mother and you." I smiled and grabbed his hand and began walking to the daycare.

After a couple minutes of walking in silence, we finally made it to the daycare. "Stay here, I'll go inside and get Kimberly." He noises his head and wiped his palms kn his jeans. "Don't worry she's only a toddler, she's harmless she won't kill you. And Kimberly loves everyone, she'll love you." I smiled. He sighed. "Okay." He said as he slightly smiled.

I took a deep breath and headed inside to get Kimberly. I walk in and see her with her bag of chocolate covered pretzels in one hand and the other hand by one of chaperones. "Oh Holly thank god." The chaperone said. "Sorry, something came up. But I'm here now." I smiled grabbing Kimberly's hand. The chaperone said goodbye to Kimberly as well as me. I squatted down and talked to Kimberly. "Kimmy, I have a friend of me and Mami's outside with me."

"A friend?" She tilted her little head. I chuckled. "Yes, a very special friend of mine and especially or your moms. You have to be really nice to him, he's a very important person that cares a lot about you." I told her. "Will he be nice back?" She pouted. I smiled. "Of course my cutie pie, he will. Don't worry he really cares about you and will be happy and treat you like a queen." She smiled. "Okay."

I giggled at her. "Okay then cutie pie, let's go outside so you can meet him." I grab her hand and open the daycare door. Cameron looks up and his eyes land on Kimberly. A huge smile here on his face as he saw her holding her little chocolate covered pretzels bag. "Kimmy, this is Cameron."

*Cameron's P.O.V*

I squatted down and smiled at her as she walked up to me. "Hi, I'm Kimberly. You can call me Kimmy." She smiled. I chuckled looking at her. "Hi Kimberly. I have a little gift for you." I pulled a rose from my back pocket and handed it to her. "Here you go my love." She smiled and grabbed the rose. "Thank you, Cameron." She smiled and ran up to me attempting to hug me even though her little arms could barely wrap around my torso. I smiled. "You're welcome, my love. I'm so glad I finally met you." I kissed her head.
