After dinner, we all watch some TV. Well, almost everyone. Braden was nowhere to be found. Maybe he was just hiding from me because he was regretting telling me he had feelings for me. My mood instantly changes and I get sad, all of a sudden. I decide to excuse myself and leave.
The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was the purple note on top of the pillow. I took the note and it on it was written:
"C: I know I've been missing all day. I am preparing a surprise date for us.
Please meet me upstairs at midnight.
Please don't be mad. Can't wait to see you. B"
My eyes light up and my heart started beating really fast. I check the clock, twenty-five past eleven. Thirty-five more minutes and I still have to get ready. Oh, what am I going to wear?
