>>Carson

"Ugh, this is hopeless Carson. We've been down here for an hour and haven't found an artist we both like nor have we thought of a project idea." complained Dari. I know he's right but, we just meed time. The only reason I'm so willing to ho along with this is because, I need a better grade. Thats It.

"I know, I know we'll just keep look- I like this one!" I say as I turn the laptop around. "I could see myself doing this." says DC. Finally we have a winner & it only took us most of the time we have today. "Ok, Kandinsky it is. We'll start tomorrow!" he shook his head in agreement. "Boys dinners ready, go wash up & set the table!" Even in the basement, she's still they loudest voice in the house.

I pull myself up out of my beanbag chair thinking, well we got one thing done today. "Let's go DC, there's a bathroom upstairs where you can clean up." I says, thinking that there's really nothing to clean up. He looks perfectly fine, oh well. Leading him out of the basement & returning to the main floor of the house, only to have been met by a opening door.

As if we were in a cheesy family movie my dad screams, "Honey, CharlieI'm home!" as he closes the door. He hangs his coat on the rack & turned around to only to have been met by our gaze. "Hey Carson, I thought it was movie night at -" he stops mid sentence & turns slightly looking between us and the basement door. "Who is this young man & why are you coming out of the studio?" he questions. Oh dad, are you serious right now? Ok fine, "This. is Darilyn Chambers-DC as I call him- Mrs. Thomas & Ms. Del Gato, both paired us together on an opposites & abstract project." his features soften, damn daddy did you really think I was sneaking around with a guy?

"Oh, it's very nice to meet Mr. Chambers. I'm Carson's father, Robert Carter but, you can call me Robbie. Nice to have you in my home." he says as he extends a hand to DC, initiating a handshake. "Likewise sir, & might I say, you home is great." Ok first, my mom adores him. Second, my dad likes him. Charlie doesn't count, he likes anyone who treats him like a baby. My dad hates anyone I've brought home besides Sadie & Avery, that includes girls I've dated as well. He's totally sucking up and doing a good job as much as I hate to admit it. "Your a good kid, don't let my son corrupt you." he says, laughing it off as if he didn't just insult me. As he walks past me to go to the kitchen, he leans in to whisper into ear, "He's a keeper son." Hold it.

"What do yo-" I was cut off by, Charlie's loud mouth. Oh my GaGa, these people are going to be the death of me. "DC! DC! DC! Can we play trains? Can we? Can we? Pleaseeee?" How is he more energetic than before? that's physically impossible for his body & a kid his age.

"Sure Charlie, we'll play after dinner. Right now you should go wash up." He chuckled softly. Looking at the way he handles Charlie just does something to me. It's a beautiful sight, he's a natural with him. Dragging my orbs up and down his more slender frame, I noticed his hair is exceptional long. It works for him though, he's wearing a sweater vest with a white collared shirt under & some blue jeans with a pair of sperrys. In the midst of my daydreaming, I had forgotten that my father was standing behind me. I turned to meet his hazel gaze. As I turned to look I saw a glint of hope in his eyes but that quickly faded as notices I'm starring. "He's good with Charlie as well?" he gives me a smirk. Dad stop now, dinner is going to be a long journey.

A voice emerges from the kitchen, "Oh yes, he put Charlie down for a nap and everything. He even read him two books." she comes with her apron on & her long brown locks tied up in a messy bun. She takes her position next to my father, looking like the Presidential Couple. I turned again once more to look at the playful Charlie & smiling Darilyn. I've never really noticed how great his smile was. Of course, he didn't smile often. It was a sight to see, I wish I had my camera to snap a photo. Then I remembered, my mom is standing right behind me. I turned to see my dad whispering something in her ear. She looked over to me & gave him a pat in the back indicating that I see them. You know what, I don't have tome for this.
