October 1st

In October we all had breakfast together.

Luke's eyes fluttered open as the sun shone in through the curtains. The blonde yawned, stretching his legs which were free of his tight skinny jeans. Luke lifted the hotel blankets, looking down at the large tee shirt and boxers that covered his body. Luke smiled at the clothes that were obviously Michaels. He could tell he was still wearing his panties, but Michael had slipped a pair of boxers over them for a reason unknown to Luke.

"Lukey, you awake?"
A voice asked. Luke realized why Michael put him in boxers when he looked over and saw Calum laying on the other hotel bed, his arms under head as he watched tv. Luke cleared his throat, turning on his side and placing his hands under his head so he was facing Calum.

"Yeah. Where's my Mikey?"
Luke asked in a soft, almost childish voice. Calum chuckled, getting up from his bed and crawling into Luke's.

"He went with Ashton to get coffee and breakfast. How are you feeling?"
Calum explained, slipping under Luke's covers as he sat with his back against the headboard. Luke shrugged, sliding into a sitting position with his own back against the headboard.

"Better. Mikey made me feel better last night. Was it him that changed me?"
Luke asked.

"It had to be. When Ash and I got here you were already tucked into bed asleep. He told us how you were feeling though, about you questioning your clothing and all"
Calum said. Luke frowned, looking down at his hands, toying with the blankets.

"Ya know, when you first started to wear girly clothes in front of me and Ash, we didn't really know how to react. You were only twelve and we thought it was a phase, then you turned thirteen and all you asked for was the pretty lace pink dress that you had seen everyday in the dress shop window. So Ashton bought it for you three months before your actual birthday. I didn't really understand why Ashton was so quick to buy you the dress, I thought like that girl did, because you were a boy you should dress like a boy. And that was my mind set up until your actual birthday. When you opened Ashton's gift and saw the dress, your eyes literally lit up, like a switch had been flipped and you were seeing colors for the first time. You were so happy you literally cried when you hugged Ashton. And I wanted to punch myself in the face for ever thinking you should be someone you're not.

And I told you that you should try it on. So you did. And the way your eyes sparkled when you looked in the mirror made my mind completely flip. You are absolutely beautiful in everything you wear, okay? Don't let anyone make you change that"
Calum explained, tears pricking at his eyes. Luke looked up with his own teary eyes, throwing his arms around Calum's shoulders. Calum hugged Luke's waist, holding his best friend tightly.

"You're like my brother, Luke. All I want is for you to be healthy and happy"
Calum whispered.

"Is that why you didn't like Mikey at first?"
Luke asked. Calum chuckled, rubbing the blondes back soothingly.

"Yeah. I didn't want anyone hurting you more than you were already hurting. But look at you now Lukey, your bruises are almost completely faded and you smile more than I could have ever make you"
Calum explained. Luke hugged the boy tighter, tears falling down his cheeks.

"I love you Cally"
Luke whispered.

"I love you too Lukey. I'm happy you're so happy now. And I'm happy that it's Michael that's making you so happy"
Calum replied.

The two boys hugged and cried together until the hotel room opened, Ashton and Michael walking in with a cup carrier and bags of McDonald's.

"Why're you two crying? What happened?" Michael hurriedly asked with wide eyes. Luke giggled, pulling away from Calum's hug as he wiped his tears.

"Just being sentimental"
Calum chuckled, wiping his own tears. Michael sighed, setting down the cup carrier as Calum crawled out of Luke's bed.  Michael took Calum's spot, handing Luke a to-go cup.

"I don't like coffee, but thank you"
Luke smiled sweetly, trying to hand the cup back to Michael.

"I know. It's hot chocolate"
Michael said. Luke smiled.

"Thanks Mikey"
Luke kissed the boys cheek before
taking a small sip of the still hot liquid.

"You're welcome, baby. We got bagels and muffins and McDonald's, are you hungry?"
Michael asked, rolling off of the bed again.

"A muffin please"
Luke said.

"Chocolate or red velvet?"
Michael asked.

"Red velvet"
Luke, Calum, and Ashton said in unison. Michael jumped in surprise, furrowing his eyebrows at the other three boys.

"Did I miss something?"
He asked.

"Luke has been obsessed with anything red velvet since his fourteenth birthday when we bought him a red velvet cupcake"
Ashton explained with a chuckle.

"It's a plausible obsession!"
Luke yelled defensively, a small pout playing in his lips. Michael chuckled, grabbing the desired muffin out of the bag. The blue haired man crawled onto the bed and sat beside the pouting boy, pulling him onto his lap as he handed him the muffin.

"Yes it is baby"
Michael cooed, keeping his arms wrapped around the blonde waist. Luke smiled, picking a piece off of his muffin and eating it as laid his head down on Michaels shoulder, happily kicking his feet back and forth.

"This is nice. We should have breakfast together more often. At least once a week"
Calum suggested as he ate a bagel and drank his coffee. Ashton nodded in agreement, laying his head in his boyfriends lap as he closed his eyes.

"Next time can I make my waffles?"
Luke asked with an excited smile. Ashton's eyes popped open as he shot into a sitting position.

"Yes. Yes you absolutely fucking can"
Ashton exclaimed. Luke giggled, nodding his head as he took another piece of his muffin.

"I'm guessing their good waffles?"
Michael chuckled.

"No. They're not good.
They're so fucking amazing, I
almost die every time he makes them"
Ashton said.

"I add chocolate chips, bananas, and vanilla extract to the batter. Then on top I put whip cream cream, strawberries, pecans, and a little bit of chocolate syrup"
Luke explained to Michael, hearing Ashton exaggeratedly moan which caused Luke to giggle.

"Well that does sound very good"
Michael smiled, kissing Luke's lips softly. The blonde hummed, pushing his lips back against Michaels. Michael held Luke's waist, kissing him back softly.

Luke was the first to pull back, his lips curving in a soft smile.

"You taste sweet"
Luke mumbled.

"I stole a drink of Ashton's tea"
Michael relied, ignoring the 'you what?' he got from Ashton. Luke giggled, kissing Michael again.

"Love you"
Luke whispered

"I love you too, sweetheart"
