Piper's POV

I added a few curls to my hair adding hairspray. Jacob was finally coming over to meet my parents, and I was a nervous wreck.
My parents hold very very high standards for me, and expect me to marry a graduate from Stanford pursing law. However, they only say that because of the money, and the money only. "Honey, are you almost ready?" My mom called from downstairs. I slipped on a sundress and tip toed down stairs careful not to make noise. I went into the family room and called Jacob.

"Jacob? Where are you?" I heard cursing in the background before I heard Jacob's shaky voice. "Uh, almost there. I promise." I could hear the hesitant in his voice. "Don't be late, okay?" He hung up as I casually walked into the kitchen. My mom prepared a simple meal, casserole and vegetables. "Smells great ma," I complimented. My dad looked through the corner of his eye. "Is the boy here yet?" I rolled my eyes. "His name is Jacob. Please don't call him anything other, than Jacob." I begged beginning to get nervous. Jacob was taking a while to get here.

I helped my mom set up the table a little as I heard a faint ring. "I'll get it!" I announced trotting towards the front door. I unlocked the door coming face to face with Jacob. "You clean up well." I winked. "So do you. Especially in that sundress." He slapped my butt as I laughed. "I'm scared, what if they don't approve of me..?" He quickly trailed behind me like a lost puppy. "There's nothing to be afraid about, I promise you. If they don't like you, which they will, i'm never going to stop seeing you no matter what." I gently whispered as my dad walked out of the kitchen greeting Jacob. "Hello, Son. You must be this Jacob boy my daughter never stops talking about." They shook hands as they gave each other short smiles. "Hi, I'm Meredith." My mom placed her gentle hand out as Jacob kindly shook it. Okay, this isn't going bad.

"Shall we sit?" My mom suggested leading the way into the kitchen. Jacob held a chair out
for me as I slid in. I just hoped my parents wouldn't ask inappropriate questions. "So, we've heard you're attending the same school as Piper?" My mom asked passing my dad salad. Jacob nodded his head slightly smiling. "Are you still in the facility?" My dad questioned. I shot him a cold look. "No, they uh, released me 4 months ago." I was so proud at Jacob for being so calm. "Hm." My dad took a sip of his beer before offering Jacob some. "Oh, no thanks sir, I don't drink." My dad nodded his head approvingly. "Good call."

My mom sipped a glass of wine. "Do you plan on being with Piper for awhile?" I looked at Jacob as he bit a piece of bread. "Definitely. Only if it's okay with you." I looked at my dad and mom as they gave me a hard look. It was silent before I decided to say something. "So, how was work today?" I asked trying to get the conversation going. My mom and dad rambled on about their jobs as I felt Jacobs hand slid underneath the dinner table to my thigh. I moved his hand off as he immediately placed it back on. "Jacob." I groaned. This was certainly not the time and definitely not the place.

"So Jacob." My mom startled Jacob as he squeezed my thigh. "Do you know what you want to pursue? As a career?" I felt Jacobs hand slide underneath my dress. "Well, since my aunt pursed being an attorney, I definitely want to follow in her footsteps of law." He smiled circling his hands around my inner thigh. I quietly yelped covering it up by eating a piece of broccoli. "Wow, we've been persuading Piper to pursue law as well. It's her calling." I gulped as Jacob smiled at me. "Is that right?" His thumb did small circles on my clit over my underwear. I let out a small moan loud enough for everyone to hear. Jacob pulled his hands from underneath the table trying not to laugh.
"Is everything okay, dear?" I nodded while eating a piece of steak. "Yeah it's just the food just taste so marvelous." I smiled eating another piece.

The rest of the dinner was just Jacob my mom and dad rambling on about law and criminal justice. I zoned out until my mom got up saying dinner was over. "I can definitely help you with the dishes Mrs. Tanner." Jacob offered. My mom waved her hand. "No problem honey, just enjoy the rest of the night with Piper." He smiled as my dad put his arm around Jacob. "We will definitely need to go to an official law hearing together. It'll teach you a couple things, son." My dad shook his hand before going inside the kitchen with my mom. "They must really like you." I said walking out to my front porch. Jacob silently nodded as we both sat on the swing set. "You were so close to getting me caught." He smirked. "Sorry, I was tempted. I can't keep my hands off of you." I laughed as I starred up at the stars. "Do you ever wonder how heaven is?" Jacob scooted closer to me as we stared at the stars together. "I wonder everyday. I even wonder how i'm going to get there." He laughed. We continued watching in silence as Jacob drifted to sleep. I turned around seeing him silently snoring. I laid my head on his chest hearing his heart beat as I too feel asleep.
