when hoseok woke up, he didn't feel the pain at first. but after a few moments, he felt the pounding become more and more painful. as soon as he stood but from the bed, he groaned in pain. he looked around and saw the familiar bedroom, it was ash's. he looked around and saw that there was water and painkillers on the bedside table. under the water was a sticky note. it said,

incase you wake up and i'm still at the market

hoseok knew she was angry. she didn't draw a kiss emoji or a smiley face. it was in ash's nature to always put smiley face, but not today. he knows why she's angry, that's why he quickly drank the pill before rushing out the door to talk to ash. hoseok was almost at the door when it opened, revealing ash bringing a big brown paperbag full of groceries. hoseok immediately got the things for her and put it in the kitchen.

" oh... you're awake " she said with no emotion in her voice, which worried hoseok.
hoseok slowly nodded while he removed the things from the bag but ash stopped him.

" i can do it "

" it's okay, i can- "

" i said i'll do it " ash snapped at him before taking the food from hoseoks hands and the placing them in it's place, along with the other groceries. hoseok took a deep breath before dare speaking

" look i know you're mad, and you have the every right to be. it's just that- "

" it's just what?! huh?! are you really that stupid to get that drunk?! and with your ex girlfriend?! " ash finally snapped. hoseok hasn't seen her this angry since the dinner with yura, jimin, and other pd's.

" i was scared, okay?! you're leaving in two days! i don't know what else to do but drown myself in alcohol " hoseok yelled.

" well why didn't you just say so? i could have don something! i could have- "

" you could've done nothing! unlike you, ira had been comforting me " hoseok yelled at her quite harshly. as soon as those words left hoseok's words, he knew he regretted it.

" how long have you been talking to her? " ash asked quietly while wiping the tears from her eyes. hoseok sighed before answering

" for half a month now " there was no point of hiding now. hoseok already knows that ash can see past his lies. ash's eyes widened at what she heard.

" you were talking to her behind my back?! behind your girlfriend's back?! "

" it's not like we did something wrong! we were just talking! "

" you know what she fucking said? she said you'll be hers soon! do you know how fucking scary that sounds? the only thing keeping me happy is going to be removed from my grasp without me knowing it " ash said in between hiccups. hoseok took a step forward, trying to calm her down.

" don't touch me! don't fucking touch me! " ash snapped as she removed hoseok's hand from her arms and running out of the apartment, leaving a regretful hoseok behind.
