"Nat I told you, I am not going to be around for a week or more so cancel my appointment and by that I did not mean call me and ask me to do one," I said sighing as I looked at the forest in front of me.

"But Sawyer, GQ magazine are asking for your services!" Nat said. When will she understand that I am away and I cannot do any kind of photoshoot

"Nat, listen I..." before I could continue talking, she stopped me and said,

"You cannot do it and you are not in the city, I get it. However, can't you just come back for one day, do the shoot and go back wherever you are?" Sometimes I wish Nat was a supernatural creature so I can tell her that my mate and I are planning on mating this weekend and we do not know what to expect from my shift.

"I can't. Can you at least tell them that I have a family emergency and I will be able to do it in a week?" I asked her and she just sighed and said, "Okay I will try my best" I ended the conversation and walked outside.

Oliver and I were staying in a small cottage in the middle of nowhere, we were surrounded by trees. Which is good, for when I might shift and the fact I will not have control over my wolf is going to make it worse. I wonder if shifting again will be as painful as it was the first time I shifted in my uncle's house. I sighed as I remembered Andy and my uncle fought.

According to Andy, Joshua has been ignoring Andy for the past few weeks. He even stopped dropping by at the pack house as he used to be. At first, Andy thought because of the pack members, but then he remembered why. Joshua knows that he will end up leaving the city and he will not see Andy when my uncle decides to leave. Of course, the idiot Andy was so pissed off he went to Joshua and asked him to reject him if he keeps doing this.

Joshua did not say a thing, he kept staring at Andy, which lead to Andy leaving the house angry and now none of them are trying to fix this. However, being around them is making it hard for anyone handle. You can feel how Andy's wolf is stressed and he needs his mate, but the fucker Andy would not do that since as he said in his own words, "I will not beg him to try and fight for us, he should know that by himself" and walked away.

While my uncle tried to talk to Joshua and as my uncle was talking to Joshua he left the room and was gone for a day. These two are a lost case. My uncle decided to ask Mors if there is anything they can do, because after all even if Andy wants to leave the pack, he cannot do such a thing. He is the beta and people are depending on him and having a new beta might not work out, because the alpha and the beta must have a strong connection for the pack to work.

I decided to stop worrying about them and close my eyes as I enjoy the sound of nature. I can hear the winds, the leaves of the tree smacking each other and the birds singing, it was so peaceful staying here. I could feel some steps coming my way as I was sitting outside of the cottage on the grass, when I opened my eyes it was Oliver's Wolf. His wolf was huge, it has black fur and Oliver's grey eyes.

Oliver's wolf came to me as I was sitting on the ground while crossing my legs and he decided to put his head on my lap as he got comfy on the ground. For few seconds, I just looked at his wolf but then I felt myself gaining back attention as I decided to pet him. For the next minutes, I kept my eyes close listening to everything that is surrounding me and petting Oliver's wolf. His fur was so soft and as I played with Oliver wolf's fur he would growl from how much he liked it.

I have been thinking if I was ready for what might happen today and to be honest I do not know how to feel, am I scared? No. Nervous? Yes, I am so nervous but at the same time excited. I tried shaking Oliver's wolf to get away from me, but he would not. It was as if he was putting all his weight on me.
