I screamed in pain and my head started spinning.
" All okay babe? " Zayn asked wide eyed.
" I....I...I don't..."
" Honey. Honey."
He immediately got off the counter and supported me in his arms. Everything was spinning around me and the next thing I knew, everything blacked out.

Zayn's POV
She fainted. My palms starting sweating and horror crept up my spine.
What the fuck is wrong? She- she was fine. She was talking to me. What happened suddenly?
She fainted in my arms and her body laid motionless in my arms. I was scared.
I called out for the servants working upstairs.
" Alex......Naina....." I screamed.
They both came running down the stairs and straight into the kitchen.
" What's wrong Sir?" Asked Alex.
" Zara. She fainted. We-we need a doctor! Now!"
" Don't worry sir. We'll get a doctor in 5 minutes." said Naina.
With that, she ran off to the lounge to call the doctor.
I was scared as to what could have happened. It may have been possible that she was worked up. But she did have proper sleep. What could have happened. My brain wasn't working and I was lost.
" Sir, I think we should but her to bed." suggested Alex.
I nodded and picked her up in my arms bridal style, carrying her upstairs. Reaching the bedroom, I put her down on the bed. Just then Naina came running to the room and said,
" Sir, the doctor will be here in 5 minutes. "

It's been 20 minutes since the doctor had been in the room. She had Ben inside for long enough now. I am getting pretty much anxious. I don't get it, why don't they just let me in and see what's going on. I have been continuously pacing outside the room, running my hands through my hair.
The doctor finally opened the door and stepped out.
" Doctor Scarlett. What happened to Zara? Is she fine?" I asked getting anxious.
" Mr. Malik, congratulations. She's pregnant. "
My eyes widened and my lips parted.
What?
" She's what?" I asked in a low voice.
" She's pregnant." said the doctor smiling at me.
" Really?" I asked her gleaming with happiness.
" Yes Mr. Malik. She needs all your love right now ."
" Can I go in?" I asked happily.
" Yes. I'll see you later."
" Thanks doctor. " I smiled at her and showed her the way out of the house.
Closing the door after she left, I ran upstairs and straightway barged into our bedroom.
" Baby-"
As soon as I entered the room, I saw Zara lying down on the bed..........crying?
What? Why was she crying?
" Zara? What's wrong? Why are you crying? " I asked rushing to her side.
" Z-zayn....I uh i---i am sorry."
" Why? Why are you sorry?" I asked rubbing her back.
" D-Dont you know?" she asked between sobs.
