~.~After jumping through the portal doors, We all slammed into the cool tile ground with a loud groan. The sound of the doors echoing closing and satisfying bump of vampire against said doors were the last things from the outside world to emit. My breath was shaken, and my cheek now hurt from the impact of the ground. I then carefully and hesitantly rose to my elbows and knees to touch my sore cheek, and I winced once the red bruise sent a wave of pain threw her tiny body.
Taking a look around, I clearly wasn't the only one who was shaken. Lillian's body was sprawled across the ground, her arms covering her small head for protection. And her whole body shook with fear while tears still stood on the edges of her eyes. The blonde's sandals barely stayed on her feet but she refused to even get up to readjust them. While Lilly laid like that, Kentori slowly arose on shaky legs as she whipped the wetness of her tears off her reddened face.
She then used her hands to carefully dust of her robes, before silently crying again. "I'm so scared Odin." She sobbed into her palms. "I don't want to die." Kentori hic-up and cried and wheezed and whined a while before a gentle touch came to her hands that blocked her eyes. She twitched at the unfamiliar touch before slowly observing to owner of the hand. Kentori lowered her hands and quieted her sobs before her eyes trailed up the elongated figure in front of her. Her skin was pale and smooth reflecting the light perfectly. While her unruly dirty blonde hair curled ever so slightly across her chest. Her eyes of golden held warmth and kindness as she watched Odin and the young ones like a mother and child. And her hand rested upon a golden staff that was embedded with a beautiful red gem at the end.
She kindly smiled down at Kentori who took careful steps back out of fear, the opposite of what the goddess wanted. She took her other hand and gently wrapped her white and red drapery around herself, making giant curves that flowed down to the ground. Kentori wasn't afraid of her exactly, but merely the size of the woman. She towered over every single person in that room and did create a big shadow.
The giant woman noticed Kentori's tenseness and her gentle smile seem to grow in size. "No need for tears my child." She spoke in a booming yet silk like voice. "I am Ivy, Goddess of the Holy lands. No need to fear what was behind those doors."
Kentori watched in amazement, "A Goddess?"
Ivy politely nodded, "Yes a Goddess. A Goddess who is vowed to-"
"Who the hell is this twerp?" A male voice interrupted, plainly irritated.Kentori shifted her gaze from the beautiful woman to who stood behind her. Another giant, but a male who had the most messy red hair. He eyed all of the newcomers with his nose in the air, too arrogant to even level his gaze with theirs. His glistening blue eyes narrowed at the raven haired kid who stood back and placed her hands on her beating heart.
Ivy annoyingly sighed as she rolled her eyes, "Ash, I would appreciate it if you could restrain from being....this while we have guest."
What was claimed to be Ash grunted while he pulled down a vine from the ceiling and arrogantly ate from a grape, " What is this suppose to be? A charity group?" His booming voice echoed threw the stone room.
Ivy sighed once more, "Do ignore my friend here."
Ash chuckled upon hearing the goddess, "I wouldn't say much of a friend, but more like stuck together people."Ivy sighed while placing a gentle hand to her forehead. "This is Ashe, the god of the human realm." She introduced while Ashe scoffed.
"The human realm?" I breathed while finally getting on steady feet. I was excited as I heard the goddess's voice say those words and she couldn't help but leave my mouth open in fascination. "You... You have seen the human world?" I then questioned.
