"Phew... The first round is over!" I said leaning against a wall. Everyone was talking amongst themselves when the girl from before appeared. "Uhm pardon my intrusion..... But I have some bad news..." She said shuffling her feet. "What is it?" Aph said concerned. "We've had to change your groups...." She mumbled. "Ok well what are they now?" Katelyn asked standing up straight. "Uhm... Group one is... Dante, Laurance, Garroth, Travis, and Vylad. Group Two is... Aaron, Reese, Zane, Marsh, and Kenmur. Group Three is... Aphmau, Katelyn, (Y/n), Kawaii~Chan, and Nicole........ We had some late entries so we had to change things up a bit... We are so sorry!!!" She said hanging her head. Aphmau smiled gently and laughed a bit. "Why do you look so ashamed? Its perfectly fine!" She said. "It is? But..." She mumbled. "Don't worry about it!" I said smiling as well. She nodded her head before running off. "This is just great...." Katelyn mumbled. "Lighten up Katelyn!" Nicole said. "You do realize that since the groups are different we wont be able to perform the same songs we were going to do originally right?!" Katelyn barked. "K-Katelyn calm down... Its fine! Really it is!" Nicole said stepping back a bit. "What are we going to do?" I asked frowning. "The second round is duets.... And that starts in half an hour... After that we have a two hour lunch break plus a half an hour prep time... I think we'll do just fine!" Aph said optimistically. "Well its nice to know someones happy!" Katelyn growled. "K-Katelyn... Please... Calm down..." I said quietly as I looked at her. Katelyn growled slightly before leaning against a wall. "Well we should probably practice for the second round... We can work out our game plan for the groups later..." Laurance said. Everyone nodded and split into their chosen pairs.
~During the practice~
Travis and (Y/n)-
"Hey... Cheer up (Y/n)..." Travis said noticing (Y/n)'s glum expression. (Y/n) sighed before smiling slightly. "Lets practice..." She said. Travis smiled gently at her and they started practicing. After they went through their song twice they looked over at Aaron and Aphmau. "They're so cute together..." (Y/n) said with a giggle. "Yea... She really brings out the best in him" Travis said smiling. They returned to practicing soon after.
Aaron and Aphmau-
"Ok Aaron, you ready?" Aph asked smiling. "Yea." Aaron replied. Aphmau grabbed her lyrics sheet and began singing. Once her part was over Aaron started to sing his part then they both sang in unison. Once they finished going of the song once an awkward silence followed. "Hey... Aph...." Aaron said quietly breaking the silence. "Yea?" Aph replied. "I'm glad we're doing this..." Aaron said smiling.
Dante and Kawaii~Chan-
"Dante~Kun stop teasing me! Give me back my bow!!" Kawaii~Chan whined as she struggled to get her bow back from Dante. "Not until we're done practicing!" Dante said firmly. "But Dante~Kun!!!" Kawaii~Chan whined. "But nothing Kawaii~Chan... We need to practice we don't have time for you to get distracted by your hair bow." Dante said. "Fiiiinnneee....... But once we are done Kawaii~Chan gets her bow back.... Got it?" Kawaii~Chan said giving up. Dante nodded and they started rehearsing.
Garroth and Laurance-
Garroth and Laurance spent most of their rehearsal time goofing off. They finally started rehearsing when they had about ten minutes left. "Oh geez......." Garroth said as he checked the time. "Hey... Dont worry... We'll do fine...." Laurance said reassuringly. "I hope you're right..." Garroth said looking down at his feet. Laurance smiled and pecked Garroth on the cheek. "Have some confidence..... K?" He asked. Garroth nodded his head.
Katelyn and Nicole-
"Come on Katelyn... Lets practice..." Nicole said grabbing her lyric sheet. Katelyn furrowed her brows and grabbed hers. "I still can't believe we have to work out a whole new song for our groups..." Katelyn mumbled angrily. "Hey... We can worry about that later... Right now we need to practice!" Nicole said slapping Katelyn in the back of the head. "You wanna go?!" Katelyn growled. "No. I want to practice." Nicole growled. After bickering for about ten minutes they finally began rehearsing.
Zane and Vylad-
"I still can't believe you agreed to do this Zane..." Vylad said handing a lyric sheet to Zane. "Yea well whatever... Aph wanted us all to do it...." Zane mumbled in response. "You're becoming a softy aren't you Zane...?" Vylad asked childishly. "Shut up Vylad" Zane growled. "You totally are becoming a softy...." Vylad said. "AND YOURE BECOMING FAT FROM EATING ALL THE CAKE!" Zane yelled. "I don't take offense to that... Cake is amazing..." Vylad said as he began daydreaming about cake.
~After practice time~

Its finally time for the second round.... Im nervous but excited at the same time.... I looked at Travis and smiled at him and he smiled back. "Lets do this (Y/n)!" Travis said confidently. "Hello everyone! Welcome back to the competition! We will now be starting the second round! Duets! Everyone please welcome (Y/n) and Travis!" The man on the stage said.
