Chapter 21

The next morning was pure chaos, Danny was flying around the Tower and would not stay put. Everyone tried to catch him, but they were all unsuccessful and Robin couldn't deal with it anymore, so he exploded.

- DANIEL, COME HERE, RIGHT NOW!

He heard him loud and clear from the roof and resisted the urge to ignore him, but knew it would get him in even more trouble. So with all the energy he had, he almost teleported next to Robin, who didn't even flinch.

- Hello and good morning, big brother!- said Danny with a big grin

- Daniel, why are you acting like this?

- I'm happy that I finally get to go back to the Ghost Zone!- to this Robin made a face

- Why?

Danny seem too giddy to care about his brother's concern. He flew around Robin before answering with a smile.

- The Ghost Zone is like my second home and I feel a connection with it; so been away from it for this long made me feel depressed.-

- Alright, we should go have breakfast and get ready for the trip.-

- YESSSS!- shouted Danny before disappearing

Robin looked at the spot were Danny had been floating with a sad smile and he hated admitting that he felt like he would lose Danny again at any given moment. But deciding that he only needed more coffee and to satisfice his curiosity about the famous Ghost Zone, he started to move forward. One second he was barely entering their "living room" for breakfast and the next second he was already in his brother's lab double-checking everything for their trip.

- Okay, we've got everything we need, so are you all ready?- asked an excited Cyborg and received different types of confirmation

- Then get into the specter speeder and follow me!- shouted Danny before been interrupted by Robin

- What do you mean to follow you? You are not thinking of going outside it, right?- they were questions with only one answer in his head, but Danny answered the exact opposite of that

- Of course I'm going outside! I'm the one who knows the Ghost Zone the best and if we get attacked I'm always your first line of defense and offense! BESIDE, – Danny thought to give more importance to his next argument – I need certain energy that the Ghost Zone provides and if I'm not outside I can't absorb it.

- Fine!- was all that Robin said and they were finally all set to enter the famous Ghost Zone.

The first to trespass the portal was Danny and he was ashamed to admit that the first thing he did was to close his eyes and take a big gulp of air to then release it. What made him ashamed wasn't the action of breathing with such enthusiasm, but the fact that came with it; mainly the lack of need to breathe in this form. The good thing was that they didn't knew that, so nobody commented or maybe they still were in shock with their surroundings. Danny decided to open his eyes and saw that they were still completely absorbed by it all, "perfect" was the word that came to his mind in that instant.

- Welcome to the Ghost Zone were the impossible happens when you least expect it!- said Danny while making a bow towards any direction

- Wow! It's amazing in a weird way!- said Cyborg

- That's the nicest comment I've heard about it!- said a second Danny Phantom

The titans were checking their eyes, but the truth was that there were two Dannys with their arms crossed. Robin was going to comment, but was stopped by one of the Dannys.
