Seven} Girlfriend

Shaylie's POV

I hadn't touched Harry's diary for a few days. School started again on Monday and I had been busy ever since. Tonight was Wednesday and I found that I had some free time.

I knew I should read more of Harry's diary, but I wasn't sure if I could do it. Was it going to be more about sex? Because I didn't sign up to handle a diary full of porn. Okay, so maybe not porn, but you get the point.

Nevertheless, I found myself upstairs in my room ready to continue reading.

I wasn't even sure what to expect.

September 11, 2009

The past few days have been really busy. It's only the first week of school and I already have a bunch of work to do. Thankfully today is Saturday. I can just spend the day relaxing and doing what I want.

My mom thinks I spent last night at my friend Max's house. I actually spent it at Thalia's because her parents weren't home again. I always wondered why her parents never seemed to be around. Was it because of their jobs? It wasn't really my business though. Anyway, Max had just been a good friend to cover for me.

I knew Thalia and I were a scandal and perfect gossip in some peoples eyes, but it didn't matter. I really liked being with her.

I'm going to be honest and say things got interesting last night. I've slept with Thalia before, but not like do it and then sleep the rest of the night. It was nice to be with her the entire night. I felt like we were a married couple even though any marriage to someone was a long while away.

I left Thalia's pretty early this morning so her parents wouldn't catch us if they came home earlier than expected.

I went in the direction of Max's house before turning back towards my own. Then mom wouldn't expect anything if she saw me walking.

I know I said I was going to ask Thalia to be my girlfriend yesterday. It took a lot of courage, but I did ask her eventually. We had been in her living room watching a movie. When it ended neither of us attempted to move. And then it just kind of slipped out. I asked her and thankfully she said yes. Not so much of a scandal now, is it?

Once word gets around about us being together I hope the few select people will stop giving me dirty looks in the hallway. It's like they just see me as someone who wants attention when I really don't.

So maybe what I did with Daniella was wrong. I still feel like it wasn't a mistake and Thalia wasn't either. I probably never would have even talked to Thalia if my name hadn't gotten around. And now that we're in a relationship everything is fine.

No attention seeking here. 

Okay, I should probably go now. Mom's calling me to come help her with something. It's best if I don't make her wait too long.

So Harry was in a relationship now? He's still only fifteen. In One Direction he seemed so immature and yet before he was trying to hard to grow up. 

What made Harry change his mind?

AN: Hi everyone! Again, I'm so sorry for taking like a month to update. It shouldn't take that long, but I'm involved with a lot of things at the moment. Just to give you a quick idea, here's a short list of what I do:

-School obviously (Honors Communications is a lot of work)

-Band and Jazz Band (I have advanced assignments for band and practice a lot overall)

-YES (Youth Extended Services which is volunteering)

-Tech Crew (It's almost everyday after school until 5:30 to help with the set, props, lights, and costumes for our fall musical)

-Guitar Lessons (Once every week and of course I have to practice)

Sorry, that was long. But seriously, I hope you believe me when I say it's a lot because it is. And I still manage to write more than one story on Wattpad. If you get impacient or anything because I don't update, I really am sorry. I understand more frequent updates are better. 

I just hope you kind of understand and stick with me...
