Chapter 14

Courtney's POV

I got dressed (media). I then grabbed my bag and walked to the front door.

' Where you going? ' I heard Jax say

I turned to see his messy hair everywhere. It looked ridiculous but cute.

I giggled

' What's so funny? ' he asked

' Your hair, and I'm going to the studio to record my new music video ' I said

' Can I come? ' he asked

' You don't have to follow me everywhere ' I said

He nodded and walked back upstairs.

I walked to the studio and greeted my friend, Jamie.

' Hey Jamie ' I said

' Hey, you ready to record your new song? ' she asked

' Yeah ' I said

' But first, let me hear it without any tune, just like the old times ' she said

I nodded and we walked into the recording room.

' Right, off you go ' Jamie said and sat down.

I nodded and started to sing.

After a couple of hours

' Right! We will record it and add some more tune into the lyrics and songs, I'll call you when I get everything set up, goodbye ' she said

' Bye Jamie ' I said and walked out.

I decided to get some Starbucks so I walked to there.

' Hi Sarah ' I said as I leaned against the counter

She turned around and smiled

' Hey baeee!! You want the same old? ' Sarah asked

I nodded.

She handed me the cup and I gave her the money.

She was giving me my change and I slapped her hand

' Keep the change ' I said and smiled

' You know you gave me 100 Dollars? ' she said

' Honey, its not even a lot, now keep your change before I continuously slap your hand ' I said

She winked at me and nodded.

I turned around and bumped into someone and dropped my cup.

I looked at my cup.

' I'm so sorry ' I said but never made eye contact with the person. I grabbed my cup.

' Its fine ' he said

Wait, that voice sounded familiar.

I looked up and saw him. He then looked shocked when he saw me.

' Courtney? ' he said

I stood up and walked away but he grabbed my hand and span me around.

He then pulled me close to him.

' Please listen... ' he said

' Are you deaf? I said I don't have time for your lame excuses ' I said and rolled my eyes

' Come on, you know of didn't mean it, I was fuckin drunk! ' he said

' Stop! Why do boys always say they are 'drunk' I'm sick and tired of you. Twice! First of all you leave me, second of all you cheat on me! What the fuck will the third excuse be? Huh? Just leave me alone! ' I said and breathed heavily.
