One question though. I know she's a pirate and needs a sword but, is it even legal for a neon to have a sword?
:3 this is pirate neon and..... yeah sorry that it's sideways. Whenever I draw on paper and put it on her it turns it sideways ○__○
I can't draw wings by the way so let's pretend they are on her back right now :)
