I was now fully dressed and sitting on my sofa waiting...just waiting....what ever was happening on the tv I wasn't taking it in and was just daydreaming in my own little bubble.
I heard the sound of a motor bike parking outside as I grabbed my bag and locked up my door.
I saw Daryl on his bike and I quickly hopped on.
"Are you okay?"he asked,but I just silently nodded.
"Just a little nervous"I whispered.
When we arrived at the restaurant and was shown our table we were the first ones there.
"Right there's five seats,so that's Maggie, Shawn,Glenn,Your mom and your dad?"Daryl asked
"Well done"I laughed
A few moments later,Maggie and Glenn came in as they said hello to both me and Daryl
"This is Daryl,do you both remember him now? "I asked whilst watching Maggie sit across from me and Glenn opposite Daryl.
"Yeah we both remember now"Maggie laughs.
"Congratulations"Daryl said to both Maggie and Glenn.
"Thank you,you'll be coming to the wedding won't you?"Maggie asked holding Glenn's hand.
Before Daryl had time to say anything I answered for him "yes he will" I watched Daryl look over to me and I gave him a quick smile.
Then My mom,Dad and Shawn came in and took a seat at the remaining chairs.
"So,this is Daryl...nice to meet to you"My mom said whilst nudging Daddy in his arm.
"Yes nice to me you too Daryl"Daddy said as I smiled at him
"Nice to meet you too Mr and Mrs Greene"Daryl said shaking Daddy's hand.
"You better take care of my lil sister"Shawn whispered
"Shawn.."I said aggressively and rolled my eyes.
"I will" Daryl smiled.
"Maggie,said you work in a garage" Daddy said to Daryl.
"Yeah but it's only temporary I do like my job though"Daryl replied and Daddy smiled.
Everyone picked up a menu and began looking at what they were gonna order.
I nudged Daryl in the leg and he looked over at me
"Thank you" I mouthed
"What can I get you all?"The waiter asked

By the time food came out we were talking about weddings
"On Thursday we did choose a perfect dress,didn't we?"Maggie asked referring to me and my mom.
"Yes you're a lucky man Glenn"I laughed.
"I know"Glenn smiled at Maggie.
"So any other things sorted out?"Daddy asked.
"Yes,suits are sorted, we got a venue sorted,cake,dress and that's about it"Glenn answered
