The perspective of Alois Trancy.
We have arrived at the Phantomhive Manor.
Claude brings the carriage to a halt.
I step down from the carriage, and hold out my hand for Sam. They accept, and we make our grand entrance into the manor, accompanied by Claude.
My eyes draw in the sight of the interior of the manor. Pillars on each side. The grand, sweeping, staircases.
Musicians play a lively tune that is swept up by the chatter of the guests. I scan the crowd for Ciel. He is nowhere to be seen.
We are safe for now.
I turn to Sam.
"Shall we dance, m'lady?" I ask.
"I... I don't know how... I.."
I shush them.
"That doesn't matter."
I hold out my hand.
They hesitate for a moment, then take my hand.
I lead them out to the center of the room.
I place one of my hands lightly on their waist, and the other on their shoulder. They place both of their hands on my shoulders.

Sam's/your perspective
Alois lightly places his hands on my waist and shoulder.
I don't know how to dance. The orchestra begins playing a new song, a lively waltz. Alois half-sways, half-walks to the sound of the music. I copy his movements. I am quite awkward, and stumble a few times, but soon I get the hang of it. We glide across the pearly tiles. A few judgemental nobles stop and stare at us, but I don't care. I am enjoying myself, nearly flying across the floor as if I was born doing so.

The perspective of Alois Trancy.
We dance, forgetting everything else but each other.
We are getting lost in one another's eyes, not caring about who is watching us.
We can forget the rest of the world exists, and live in this moment.
This small eternity.
This little amount of time that you carry with you forever, but is so fleeting, so blissful.
We can have a full eternity within our closely numbered days.
But if this is what I want, I must fight for it.
I must keep Ciel and Claude at bay.
I will.
