A Neko among Crows

Chapter 8

(A/N: Hey guys! I'm back!! I really have some things to babble to you but I'll just say that later. So don't forget to read it, k? Anyway here's your awaited chapter; not edited, just so you know)

Chapter 8:

'Sigh~ I'm bored~ someone save me~' was Keiko's continuous thoughts as she stares at the blackboard in class pretending to absorb all the information she can.

'Sigh~ isn't this something we all know anyway? I mean we pretty much know that the movement of tectonic plates can cause earthquakes and if two tectonic plates collide it could form mountains or volcanoes depending on its' collision' Keiko asks in herself as she writes on her notebook. Something then hit her on her head, she glanced at the teacher and was relieved when he seems engrossed to his own discussion to even notice what just happen. Looking around, she saw a piece of crumpled paper near her. Picking it up, she glanced at where it's from, and what she saw shocked her.

"You!" Keiko whisper-yelled pointing at the one and only giant blondie, named Tsukishima Kei. He smirked then gestured at Yamaguchi Tadashi, who's sitting beside him. Yamaguchi just waved at Keiko.

Her attention was back to the crumbled paper, she opened it, reading it. 'Meet us at break -Tsukishima' it said. Keiko think about it for a second, and scribbled something on it, crumbling it into a ball and throw it back to Tsukishima immediately hoping the teacher wouldn't notice.

'I never knew that douche was in the same class with me... hmm... I wonder if there's something else I should've known...' Keiko thought as she wandered stares back to the board.

Luckily the teacher didn't notice the small exchange of notes of Keiko and Tsukishima, since his to engrossed in his on lecture. 'ok, why though? -K' Tsukishima read as he opened the paper.

"Hey, why do you think Keiko didn't watch our match with Tokonami High School?" Yamaguchi asks Tsukishima, who shrugged answering "she probably didn't know nor care."

Soon after it's already break and Keiko's been wandering in the hallways looking for the tall duo. She wouldn't admit it but pretty much all the guys in the volleyball club are actually taller compare to her, well except for two guys anyway, which makes her feel a bit better. She also hasn't been going near to the volleyball club for some time now since considering the fact that they were all strangers in the first place and she has no reason to interact with them. And she also fears she'll be more engage to volleyball than what she actually wanted, remembering her latest matches, when she doesn't want to anymore... she doesn't want to repeat that again.

"Hey!" Somebody called out snapping Keiko out of her thoughts. She sees that its Asahi calling her over, confused she just walks to him.

"Hmm? I thought it's the blonde and freckles?" Keiko asks out loud still confused, it was supposedly inside her thoughts but she didn't notice...

"We can hear you, you know" An irritated voice said, looking behind Asahi Keiko found everyone hanging around, eating...

"What the hell?" Keiko blurted, she can't believe that everyone can actually just hang out with each other; she thought all the reason was because of the club or sport, never really thought to see that during regular times...

"What, "what the hell?" Oi! You don't need to be that surprised" Kageyama remarked making everyone chuckled.

"Haha, very funny Bakayama." Keiko said sarcastically, before everyone actually laughs... well except for Kageyama, of course.

"Ne~ Why hadn't you come to our matches, Keiko-chan?" Hinata asks, and she goes quiet... Her facial expressions then contort from blank to confuse to a hella confuse... Making everyone go quiet when they noticed, then immediately they all know the answer.
