[22-date night]

I walked up to the mirror eyeing up my outfit to make sure everything looked all right.

Dayl was supposed arrive any minute now.

My mum was away for the weekend so hopefully she wouldn't find out anything.

Just as I grabbed my bag I heard a horn beep outside the house, that must be Dayl.

I ran out of the house to see Dayl nervously leaning against the car.

We said hello before getting into the car and driving off, conversation flowing easily about the latest songs in the charts.

"Where are we going?" I asked 15 minutes into the drive, the roads looking firmilr.

"It's a surprise," Dayl said winking at me with a checky smirk on his face.

"Please tell me?" I asked giving my best attempt at puppy dog eyes.

"I don't know...aren't surprises supposed too stay a surprise?" Dayl said giving me a questioning look.

"Yess....but I like to know what surprises are."

"To bad I'm not falling for it. You'll just have to wait and see," Dayl said as we drove up some back road.

"No I'm confused, were in the middle of nowhere," I said looking around at all the trees.

"Just you wait and see," Dayl said as we took a turn.

Around that turn I saw the most breathtaking view of a take, it we stunning. And Infront of that lake was a picnic blanket with boxes of dominos on top.

"We have reached our destination," Dayl said before getting out of the car and running over to open my door.

"Thank you," I whispered, blushing as I got out of the car.

"Follow me," Dayl said grabbing me by the hand as he guided me to the picnic.

"This is class," I said as we reached the picnic blanket.

"Of course it is, I planned it," Dayl said chuckling.

"Dope," I relied giggling.

We continued to sit there eating and laughing for about an hour until Dayl got up and said he'd be back in a minute.

He returned a few minutes later with Cian standing beside him with a guitar and Josh standing beside him with a guitar, I was beyond confused.

Then Cian and Josh started playing their guitars and Dayl started singing. Wait Dayl singing?!?!

When Dayl finished singing I was in tears, his voice was magical. After all that time of slagging him saying he couldn't sing he proved me wrong.

He was one of the best singers I've ever heard.

"What do you think?" Dayl asked nervously, bending down to my level our foreheads touching.

"Amazing, your like a double threat," I replied shocked.

"You mean triple threat Cronin can rap as well," Josh shouted behind us.

"Sorry triple threat," I corrected myself giggling.

"Well I'm glad you liked it," Dayl said kissing me quickly.

"Olivia, will you be my girlfriend," Dayl said grabbing my hands and looking at me with hopeful eyes.

"Yes, I'd love to," I said as Dayl kissed me.

This is like so weird...I hate writing cliche stuff yet I love reading it...whoops.
