"Hello Olivia," Dayl said grinning, walking up to me as we walked out of English heading up to the cafeteria.
"Dayl," I replied bluntly.
It had been two days and Dayl had made no effort to prove that he was over Jenny and wanted me. Two fucking days and I hadn't heard a work from him.
"Jezz, what's got your thong in a twist," Dayl asked confused.
"Seriously? Thong?" I questioned disgusted.
"Oh in right sorry," Dayl said awkwardly scratching the back of his head.
"Anyways, what do you want?" I asked as I opened the door of the cafeteria walking in.
"I want you to hear me out but not just yet I have to sort it out," Dayl said winking.
Today was open mike day which meant there was music playing or someone they could sing but mainly they just played music, that was the reason I was in the cafeteria, normally I would just eat outside.
"Okay then and how long will that take then?" I asked walking towards Kate who was already sitting beside Ellen.
"Umm...you'll find out by the end of lunch," Dayl said before walking off.
Now I was confused, he wanted me to hear him out yet I had to wait to hear what he was going to say.
Then I heard a firmilr voice through the microphone.
"So ya um hey, bet you never thought you'd see me up here would ya?" Dayl said nervously."well there's a reason why I'm up and but I'm not gonna tell you I'm just gonna sing it to you."

"So ya, Olivia, this is how I feel," Dayl said quickly before walking of the stage and heading out of the canteen.
Getting out my seat I quickly walked out of the canteen in the direction Dayl was going.
"Yo, Dayl wait up," I shouted behind him making him turn around and stop in his tracks as I quickly ran up to him.
As soon as I reached him I pulled him into a hug, don't ask me why, it just felt right at the moment.
"I'm sorry it took so long I had to learn the song," Dayl whispered into my ear.
"It's good, it was definitely worth it," I reply kissing his check.
"So are we good?" Dayl asked nervously.
"We're more than good," I reply smiling as I bury my head in the crook of dayls neck breathing in his minty and manly sent.
"Are we good enough for me to ask you to be my girlfriend again?" Dayl whispered shyly lifting my chin up so a was looking at him.
"We're good enough for that."
"Will you be my girlfriend again?" Dayl asked excitement filling his eyes.
"Yes...but what about our parents," I asked biting my lip nervously.
"Fuck them your gonna by my girlfriend Anyways so stop biting your lip so I can kiss you," Dayl said brushing my bottom lip with his tumb before kissing me.
