Chapter 9: Pranks

Mark's POV

"Okay. I'll just have a chicken soup. But you can't buy one in here. So you must cook it for me" I said then smirked.

"Challenge Accepted" She answered proudly.

"You said it, not me" I said

"Okay. Then I'll cook. Is there any grocery store near here" She asked.

"You really know how to cook?" I asked.

"Of course" She answered.

"Yes. There is one near here. Just ask Jinyoung to drive you there, okay? Here's the money, buy all the ingredients you need and make sure that your soup is really delicious or else ---" I said but she cut me off again.

"Yeah. Yeah. Whatever. I'll go now" She said.

"Wait Scarlet! Take this" I said then handed her my jacket.

"You didn't forgot me, but you forgot about yourself. You're really crazy" She said then laughed.

"Can't you just say thank you?" I asked.

"Okay. Thank you. I'll go now" She said then left my room.

I closed my eyes then I fell asleep.

Scarlet's POV

I went downstairs and the guys we're watching a movie.

"Oh. Scarlet, do you need anything?" Jaebum asked.

"Uhm... Actually yes. I'm going to cook for tonight and I need to buy ingredients in the nearest grocery store now" I said.

"Okay. I'll take you there" Jinyoung said.

"Thanks Jinyoung" I said.

We got inside his car and he drove me to the nearest grocery store. We got out of the car then we went inside the grocery store. I grabbed a basket then I grabbed all the ingredients I need while Jinyoung was following me from behind. Suddenly, he spoke.

"Is that Mark's jacket you're wearing?" Jinyoung asked.

"Yes. He lend it to me" I said.

"Wow. I never thought that he'll do that. He always hides it, because he don't want the guys to use it. One time, Yugyeom saw that jacket and he wore it, but Mark saw him. Mark ignored Yugyeom for one week, and Yugyeom begged Mark for two weeks, before Mark forgave him" Jinyoung said.

"Mark's really weird" I said then laughed.

"You're right. He is" Jinyoung said then we both laughed.

I finished finding all of the ingredients needed, so we headed to the counter to pay for it. The cashier gave us the change and the groceries. We went back to the car and Jinyoung drove us back to their house. We already arrived, so I washed my hands then I started preparing the things that I need.

I was preparing the chicken when suddenly, Jackson came out of nowhere.

"Boo" He tried to surprise me but I wasn't surprised.

"I am not surprised" I said to him.

"Ugh. I thought I can surprise you" Jackson said then pouted.

"You don't have to surprise me" I said.

"Okay. Can I help?" He asked.

"Yes. Just get the chicken meat and get rid of the bones. You also have to tear the chicken meat" I said.
