The door of William's office in his house was knocked and then it was opened
"Dad?" Diana called her Dad as she entered the room
She saw him sleeping in the desk as he always does and the papers in everywhere in the room and his laptop was still open but in sleep state since yesterday, there was a glass and a bottle of wine in the desk too
"What the…" she snorted in annoyance
She approached him quietly "Dad, dad wake up we'll be late" Diana said and shake him gently to wake up
William opened his eyes slowly and straightened up on his leather chair slowly too
"Oh Diana sweetie, what's happened?" he said in sleepy and slowly tone
"You were drinking yesterday for some reason and we are late now that's what's happened dad, now come on let's go" Diana said sarcastically
"Oh really? What time is it now?" he asked while itching his head and yawning
"It's eight" Diana said in impatience
"What? You are late!" William snapped and stood up quickly
"Yeah dad, that's what I'm trying to say" Diana said and rolled her eyes in disbelieve
"I'm gonna dress up and wash my face wait me down" he said to her in harry
"Okay dad" she said in bored and turned back to went out the room
"W… wait!" William said suspiciously as saw the wine bottle on the desk, he was trying to remember thing happened
Diana stopped and looked at him "What's now dad?" she said in her same bored tone
"Yesterday I was…" he said and in confusion and stopped
"Working I believe?" Diana said
"No, yeah I remember I was drinking!" William with shocked expression upon his face
"I don't think it's a good idea to admit that in front of mom" she said and smirked
William looked at his daughter with gradual happiness "I finished it" he said each word separately
"What?" Diana said in confusion
"I finished the project yesterday!" he shouted out loud with happiness and excitement, he gave his daughter a huge and strong hug while lifting her up
"Dad! Put me down, you're smell is… unpleasant!" she said in happy and disgusted voice
William put her down and went out his office calling his wife "Victoria! honey!"
William parked his car in the parking in front of the company and got out aiming to the company
He was really excited to tell his friend Thomas about his final achievements
He entered the elevator and pressed the seventh floor quickly
When the elevator door opened, he went out aiming to Thomas office with big steps; he passed by Thomas's secretary desk first and he stopped him
"Mr. William! You can't enter now, he has an important call right now and he said no disturbance" the secretary said
"Don't worry, he is expecting me" William said with excitement and he didn't even stopped to talk to him
