Mixed Emotions

Kamina's P.O.V

      I spent the rest if my time freely in the castle garden.  The one place off limits to anyone but myself.  Orders from my mother.  I walked under the cherry blossom trees and let the petals blow through the wind around me.  It was so peaceful, truly the one place I could escape from it all.  

      "Lady Kamina!"  A voice from behind called.  When  I turned I could see one of the maids waving her hand at me.  I took my time walking up to her.  "Yes?  "  I sighed.   The maid bowed.  "Forgive me but your father requests for you to meet him at the gates.  His guests have arrived." The maid replied.  I lifted my eyebrow and nodded. "Kay, thanks. I'll go meet with him."  I told her.   I walked right past her and through the castle again, until i was atthe front gates.  My father was shaking the hands of a man with long silver hair.  The demon markings on his face looked familiar.   

      I stopped in front of them two and bowed politely.  "Hello,  I am princess Kamina."  I rose again and looked at the men.  My father was pleased with my behavior while the man smiled.  "Hello Kamina.  Im Lord Inutaisho."  The man replied. He was tall. I had to look up just to see his face.    He noticed and got down on one knee.  His hand was at the top of my head, ruffling my hair a bit.  "You look just like your mother.  As beautiful as an angel, but as strong as a leader." His words brought a smile on my face and pretty soon  I was giggling.  "Thank you Lord Inutaisho!"   I laughed.  He seemed kind enough for me to trust.

Inutaisho smiled back and got up again.  "Fine daughter you have raised, Cai" he told my father.  My father put a hand on ,my shoulder and nodded.  "Thank you, old friend. Speaking of kids, where's that son of yours?"  My father replied.  The man smiled and stepped to the side, revealing a boy that looked just like him.  My red eyes went wide.  Both anger, shock, and joy ran through me as my eyes set on the boy with white hair.  "Sesshomaru" I let out.
