Nomal P.O.V

After lightly landing on her feet, Kamina looked up.  It was windier here, in Lord Inutaisho's tomb. The 'tomb' itself was more like the land of the undead.  The portal had opened up in the perimeter of Inutaisho's large demon skeleton, and Kamina had a clear view of the land.  Her hair blew viciously in the wind as she looked around.
Taking her only a few seconds, she spotted the speck of silver on the higher grounds of the tomb. Pushing down, she leaped up into the air, landing on the on of the upper platforms. In front of her, stood the large man covered in a fine white kimono and armor. She didn't hesitate to speak this time.
"Why are you doing this, Sesshomaru?"
The powerful dog demon didn't reply, but only kept his back to her.  "Why did you follow me here?"
Kamina became overwhelmed and she stepped closer to him. "I asked you first. Answer me. What reasons do you have for hurting your brother, and interrupting the peace within your fathers tomb?" Kamina questioned him.  Again, Sesshomaru did not respond to her, and they both seemed to drown in silence. Kamina set a hand on his arm and used so much force, she managed to make him face her.
" Sesshomaru!" She hissed at him.
He sent her a deadly cold glare, which she had become accustomed to on this day.  Seeming unfazed, Kamina glanced at him sharply.   The two of them remained like that for what seemed like an eternity, before either one of them spoke.  Kamina was the first.  As the wind blew her hair over her face, she pulled it behind her ear. Her grip on his kimono sleeve loosened and she looked down.
"I can't stay mad at you. But... don't close me out." She pleaded him.
As her crimson eyes stared at the ground, Sesshomaru's glare flowed off his face; replaced with an empty emotionless surface. He rose his hand, setting it on the back of her head.
The sound of fabric tearing was heard and Sesshomaru leaped back, away from her.  Kamina gasped and looked up, to find her vision blocked by a dark blue kimono.
"Hajime..." She whispered, making it barely audible.  She looked over his shoulder, to see Sesshomaru a few feet away. His menacing glare returned within an instant, as he glanced at both of them.  She took notice of the ripped fabric in his kimono, and returned her eyes to Hajime. The two men seemed to be attemtpting to burn through one another's skulls, by their sharp glances.
"Who ever harms my Mistress will not be forgiven. " Hajime growled, holding a small dagger-like blade under his right hand.
Sesshomaru looked back at him , seeming unfazed by his threat. Before any of them even spoke, Inuyasha arrived with the others.  When they had turned back to Sesshomaru, he entered the tomb of his father within seconds. Kamina made a 'tsk' sound under her breath and stepped forward to pursue him when she was stopped.
        "I'll go." Said Inuyasha. "
"  Why is that?  I almost got through to him. " Kamina argued.
Inuyasha scoffed. " Don't you see it woman?" Inuyasha asked. "You look terrible! Fighting isn't good for you now, so just step back."He said.
Kamina stayed quiet and watched him storm off before she turned to Hajime with a questioning look.  Hajime simply closed his eyes and put his hand on her back, leading her away.  Kagome went in pursuit of Inuyasha as Hajime rose Kamina to a safer place. There, he made her sit.
"  What is it?" Kamina finally asked.
"Your marks are becoming darker and are spreading again.  " Hajime started.  "Your blade is awakening."

As the battle between Sesshomaru and Inuyasha continued to go on, Kamina and Hajime continued their conversation in  a sea of silence.   The atmosphere between the two was dense. On one side, Hajime was both outraged and worried by the actions Kamina took in following Sesshomaru through the portal. At the other end, Kamina was overwhelmed with emotions she couldn't describe.
"I would have noticed..." She finally spoke, timidly whispering those words to Hajime.  Although she was speaking to him, she wanted more to convince herself of this.  Kamina knew fairly well of her distractions, but she didn't expect for the sword to attempt its' awakening so soon, again.
"  You were too distracted with the current situations.  It created a perfect opportunity for your curse. " Hajime replied.  He sighed, then spoke again.  "Kamina, I'm trying to protect you.  But you make it most difficult."
Kamina starred at the ground, allowing Hajime to continue scolding her.  She remained silent, her thoughts elsewhere as he spoke.  She thought about many things; Inuyasha and Sesshomaru fighting, the way Sesshomaru showed that last act of affection towards her, and how they have all disturbed Lord Inutaisho's tomb.  As she thought of all this, her thoughts were interrupted by a warmth that enveloped her hand.    Kamina's gaze trailed off to her hands, where she saw Hajime's own holding hers.  Kamina blinked, and looked up with softly furrowed brows.
"  I'm in no position to say this as your servant," Hajime started. "but I care about you, more than I should." He finished.
Kamina blinked, speechless with his words.  "  I'm sure Sesshomaru is special to you, but I swear, I will do everything it takes to make you happy.  Even if he is my competition."  Hajime declared.
Kamina swallowed silently and looked down.  Being shorter than him, she avoided his gaze and looked at his chest instead. It rose and fell with his soft breathing.  Hajime raised their hands, and rested her own above his chest.
"  I want to let you know how much I care about you, Kamina.  Even if you don't accept me now, I hope you know this heart beats for you.  Because of you." Hajime finished softly.
Kamina looked at their hands for a few moments.  Gently, she slipped her hand away and took a step back.  With a soft nod, she said, "Thank you, Hajime."
Hajime nodded in return.  Those simple words were what he expected from Kamina.  Having known her for years, he knew that she wouldn't simply fall into his arms like any other woman.  Especially not in the situation she was in, what with her curse and all.  He was patient, and knew Kamina would appreciate him being so.
At the sound of a pained bark, Kamina tensed and turned around.  Off at the distance, was a giant dog demon, with a bloody arm.  The dog fell to it's side, causing all the dust of the area to travel up into the air.  Hajime nodded. "We should go back now." He said.
Kamina didn't hesitate to nod as they leaped forward towards the area of the pained animal.  Kamina felt her stomach drop.  She was well aware of who the dog was, and the only thing on her mind now was his well-being. She'd save Inuyasha's ignorant mind for his punishment later on.
Lightly landing on her feet a few moments later, Kamina walked towards Inuyasha and Kagome and looked around.  Inuyasha was breathing heavily on the ground, with a smug face.
"He's not here." He said.  Kamina turned to him, her gaze so deadly Inuyasha didn't dare to say anything else.
        "Which way did he go?"
Kagome lifted her hand and pointed north. Kamina gave a small nod and removed her belt from her hip. Sutendoburedo hung limply from it as she handed it to Hajime. "Take them back to Kaede and wait there for me.  " She said. Hajime nodded and walked towards Kagome and Inuyasha.
"Wait, where are you going?!" Inuyasha asked, quickly standing up.
Kamina closed her eyes and leaped off the edge of the cliff they were on.  Kagome gasped and ran to the edge, but when she looked down, Kamina was gone.
