"So what do you think?" Ash asked,
Ophy shot him a threatening look and her paws were sinking into the ground.
"What has she done for us?" She asked angrily.
What have I done? Well I did bring back Wind for one.
Wind bolted towards her and said exactly that, "She brought me back, she reunited me with the pack."
"Ophy listen to yourself! You won't let the last one of her kind in this pack. She needs us!" Ash interrupted.
W-What?!?!
I felt my heart began to beat faster and faster, how can that be true? Then I felt something towards Ash that I never wanted to feel. Especially to Ash.
Anger
Ophy gave Ash that "I'm gonna kill you look," then she said, "she didn't need to know that."
She took a step toward me and said,
"So let's fix that problem."
She took a step towards me as if she were about to strike. Ash jumped in front of her trying to protect me.
All while this was happening my mind was running.
I'm the last one? That's impossible! It's a whole world out there and I'm the last one?
How long was Ash gonna keep this a secret?
Why? Of all wolfs me? I can't believe Ash. Why Ash?
Is he not what I think he is? Can I trust him anymore?
Why Ash? Why?
All of a sudden while Ophy was arguing with Ash and Wind I barely squeaked out, "I trusted you," then Ash froze right were he stood. Ignoring what Ophy was saying.
"What?"
"What do you mean what? You know exactly what I'm talking about!" I yelled, I could feel my voice getting louder, "So how long did you know? How long were you waiting to tell me?"
Ophy stopped in Ash's silence. Then I saw a grin creep up in her face.
"He wasn't," she said in a evil voice.
I looked up and saw Winds gaze. He looked almost as shocked as I was. Then I took a look at the rest of the pack. So were they.
So only you two knew.
"Ash," I said, "You never answered my question, why didn't you tell me?"
His eyes started to water, and his ears and tale went down. He finally spoke, "You wouldn't believe me if I told you,"
"Try me, I've seen some pretty messy stuff lately."
Ophy stepped in as if she were proud of the situation, "Maybe you two need some time alone,"
"NO!" I shouted nearly scaring half the pack.
"You have to listen to me!" Ash countered, "Valen just let me explain, you need to understand."
"No she needs to leave," Ophy interrupted.
"No you need to stop!" I barked at her, "always trying to get rid of me!" I looked at Ash who was wide eyed looking at me. He opened his mouth to talk but I hushed him.
"I hate you," I barely growled. I made eye contact with him and for the first time I didn't sink into his beautiful eyes. He gasped and walked up to me. I took a step back to try to reject him.
I hate you? I hate Ash? I started thinking about whet I said. Realizing that I didn't even think about it. It just came out.
"Valen, please let me talk to you," he tried, "I..." He paused for a moment, "I can't."
"Thought so," I said in a dark voice.
I turned around to walk away but I soon realized that I couldn't.
Just leave! You have nothing here to wake up too!
I looked back to meet Ash's gaze, he looked sad and depressed, as if he failed?
Before I felt bad for him I stormed off into the storm.
