"Follow my lead. Your left foot forward then your right foot forward. The speed depends on the beat of the song. Now please princess step closer to me." I said politely. We were in the ballroom were the ball was going to be. It was very huge and every time we spoke our voices would echo through the entire room. I was teaching the princess how to dance and a few servants were around to watch so I tried to be as polite as I could in front of them.

She walked forward and I placed a hand behind my back and with my other hand I extended it out for her to take which she did. We started dancing, I placed my left hand on her back and with my right hand I held her right hand as she had her left hand placed on my shoulder. She stepped on my feet a few times but I didn't mind. I kept telling her exactly what to do.

"Yes. Keep going. Left foot forward... Exactly now right foot foward." I kept encouraging her even the servants were applauding and very happy to see her progress.

"Turn the music on again." I said so we could keep practicing so she would be able to dance without waiting for someone to advise her on what she should do.

I took the opportunity and pulled her closer to me even though it wasn't nessasarry. She gasped quietly and looked up at me with her eyes opened wide shocked with my sudden action. "Keep focusing." I whispered very quiet so no one would hear us. I noticed that the servants didn't think too much about it because they looked happy just watching her dance.

"Yes, you're doing great princess." I said out loud and squeezed her hand. "Could you stop calling me princess? Didn't we talk about that?" She whispered as she was glaring up at me.

"I'll start calling you my princess instead." I whispered close to her ear and she tried to back away maybe because she was shy but I held her tight making it almost impossible for her to get out of my grip.

We started dancing away and I purposely pulled her a bit away from the servants so they can't hear us well. "What's wrong with you?" She asked me as she was looking up at me. The sunlight was reflecting through the window so the sunlight was on our faces.

I never noticed the color of her eyes. I thought they were light brown but they were green. Her forest green eyes were looking back at me so innocently. Her eyes were sparkling which made my legs go weak.

The music suddenly stopped and the princess backed away from me. We both looked towards the turntable and saw that it was the prince who lifted the tone arm off of the vinyl. He placed his hands behind his back and walked towards us. His shoes were clacking against the marble floor echoing through the entire ballroom.

"I'll dance with the princess." He said looking at her. "Pardon my rude words but this is my class and no one can interrupt it."  I told him. "Who do you think you are to speak to me this way?" He asked through his clenched teeth.

"Prince Jonghyun. What he said is true even my father and mother don't interrupt any of my classs." The princess said politely. He cleared his throat and then left us standing aside on the same side of the servents watching us.

The music was back on and we continued our class. After a few moments Prince Jonghyun left the ballroom, I could tell he was furious but he couldn't do anything so he just left.

"You're doing great. Everyone will have their eyes on you on the day of the ball." I told her. She smiled and asked "Can you dance with me on that day?" I spun her around and pulled her close to me again making the servants clap happily.

"You know that there's a huge possibility that Prince Jonghyun will ask you for a dance." I said calmly but in the inside I was sad. "Also if someone asks you for a dance and you feel uncomfortable around them it's fine to turn them down politely. If you're too shy to do so look at me and I'll let get rid of them. I'll be there the whole time so if you need me you can tell me anytime." I added.

"But I don't what to dance with anyone but you." She said sadly. I spun her around again and pulled her close to me then said "It's fine. What's important to us is what's in our hearts. Who cares if you dance with someone who you don't have feelings for? What's important is that you have me in your heart and I have you in my heart." I tried my best to assure her that it was fine and I could tell from the small smile that was formed on her lips that she felt at ease.

The truth was I knew that I would feel jealous but I couldn't just tell her what I truly felt. I cared for her feelings and cared for her more than I cared about myself.
