First Look:
Title: Sleaze. I've never heard that title before and that's what makes it a good title. If all books were name Sleaze, when I look at your book title I wouldn't even click on it because I would be bored of that title. But this time, your title is great. It's mysterious with a tint of "read me!"
Cover: Your cover is really nice. I can see its professional and it's not just slap some words on a picture. The cover seems to really draw me in.
Summary: Your summary is really great. I can't seem to find any mistakes and it describes perfectly the book without giving too much away.
Book:
Pro's:
- I loved the guy's POV. It's sometimes hard to write them but you pulled it off pretty well.
- Your writing is nice, flows well and is pretty descriptive. Now that's a very hard thing to find sometimes.
- Your characters are very nice and their description is flawless. Once again, great skills.
-I love the way for the beginning chapter, you made it sound so descriptive. I mean, it wasn't just one of the slap the details on chapter.
Con's:
- Sometimes, the pages are way too descriptive and long. This can get a reader to be a bit bored. Your readers don't want to necessarily read two pages of description. Make sure not to over do it.
- Some details tend to kill the flow. They are really small but can squish the whole thing, for example, when you mentioned Scott's eye color. It ruined the flow.
Overall comment: Your writing skills are truly amazing. Your characters are very lovable. The details are so well written that I sometimes feel that I'm there with the characters, but don't overdose on the details. The flow is fine, but sometimes it's interrupted by tiny details that don't belong right there.
Grade: 18/20
