Chapter 7

By the time I got out of the shower it was already 12:00. So it was almost time for Javier to come and pick me up.

So many emotions were going through my head. If all goes good then hopefully we can go back to being good friends because I don't know if we both want to start anything other than friendship.

Javier's P.O.V.

I decided to wake up at least a little more earlier so I could take a shower.

When I got done taking a shower, I went downstairs and noticed it was already 10:00. So I went to go make some breakfast for my mom and my sister.

I got some eggs and bacon out of the refrigerator and then went to go get some bread out of the cabinet to make some toast.

I tired my best so their breakfast would be really good for them. I try my best to take care of them. Their are times I do fail, but I do try so they do have some thing to look forward to everyday.

By the time I was done cooking I saw my little come down.

"Why are you up so early?" she said.

"Well I'm going somewhere in a little while, so I decided to get up a little early to fix you guys some breakfast."

"Well thanks, but where are you going?"

"I'm going to the fair with a friend."

"Can I come with you, please!"

"No. I promise I will take you another day, just not today."

"Fine."

I decided to go and take my mom her plate so she wouldn't have to bother to come downstairs to come and get it.

"Mom are you awake?"

"Yes honey"

"Here's some breakfast I made for you."

"Oh thank you sweetie it looks good."

"Your welcome."

"Well why are you up this early and dressed so nice."

"Well I'm going to the fair with a friend of mine."

"Oh well I hope you have fun, but try not to stay out to long. I don't want to be worry to much about you."

"It's okay mom I won't be gone that long, just a couple of hours."

"Well okay then, just please stay safe, I love you sweetie."

"I love you too mom"

After my mom got done I took her plate back downstairs and cleaned it.

I finished getting everything done so I won't be late. I looked at the clock to see what time it was and it was 12:00. So I decided it was about time to head out.

I sent Luna a text saying I was on my way to come and get her. Hopefully everything will go good for us today.

Luna's P.O.V.

I was finishing applying some mascara when I noticed I had a text from Javier.

Javier: Just letting you know I'm on my way.

Me: Okay

I was both excited and nervous for today. I wanted to know more about Javier because he's says one thing but his eyes says another. I was also nervous because I just didn't want what happened to us the other day make things awkward for us.

I decided to go downstairs to watch some tv, while I was waiting I noticed I had a text message from my best friend Sofia.

Sofia: What are you doing today??

Me: I'm going to the fair with a friend.

Sofia: Since when do you have friends lol

Me: Well I had to get a new because my best friend just left me.

Sofia: Sorry I've just been invited to all of these parties and I know how you don't like them, so I just decided to go by myself. But I promise will hangout more

Me: Fine but not today because I have other plans.

Sofia: Like what?

Me: Things that are none of your business

Sofia: Ohh I see try to get with a guy I see, it's cool I won't interfere.

Me: I'm not try to get with any guy all I'm doing is hanging out with a guy which is my friend and only a friend!

Sofia: Okay okay whatever you say. Just text me whenever your free

Me: Okay I will

By then I heard a knock on the door and I had a feeling it was Javier. So I hurried up and got my things and made myself towards the door.

"Hey." I said once I opened the door. He looked great I was actually surprised.

"Hey, your look really good" he said smiling.

"Thanks you don't look so bad yourself." I replied

"Thanks. So are your ready to hit the road and get something to eat." He said.

"Yeah let's go."

Javier's P.O.V.

She looked so pretty once I saw her, but I just got to get her off of my mind. I need any relationships at all right now.

So I decided to eat at the burger joint that is not that far from the fair.

"So is this place okay with you?" I asked once I turned in.

"Yeah it's fine" she replied.

I just love the sound of her voice, it sounds so sweet that it just couldn't hurt anything.

So we went inside and found somewhere to sit, I was nervous and it looked like she was too.

"So do you know what you're going to get?" I decided to ask.

"I'm not sure yet, maybe just a burger with some fries. What about you, what are you going to get." She asked.

"I think I'm going to get the same."

The waiter came over and took our order. After the waiter left, silence, just dead silence between us. So I decided to talk about what happened the other day.

"So the other day what happened at your house. I'm sorry I stormed out of their." I said.

"Oh it's fine." She said.

"I don't want to make the awkward between us, but we almost kissed."

Luna's P.O.V.

Oh my gosh I can't believe he just came out with it. But it was good that he did because I sure didn't want too.

"So what about it?" I decided to reply.

I seriously was so nervous, but we need to talk about.

"Well I think we should talk about it, don't you think?" He replied.

"Your right" I replied.
