"Hey, wait for me!" Uranus called to Mars, who was walking into school. It was a lovely morning, and the two boys smelled the fresh scent of dew on the grass. Mars had just pulled out of his pickup, and was walking towards the school. As Mars stopped and waited for Uranus to catch up, he wondered where his twin was.

"Where's Neptune?" he asked, with a furrowed brow.

"Oh, he came in early. Apparently he had to talk to Mr. Betelgeuse about something."

"I wonder what? Classes are going to be out of session for the rest of the year." Mars was suspicious. He could always tell when people lied, but his friend couldn't even tell when his brother lied. Mars pondered why Neptune came in early, he liked to have time to read in the library in the mornings, but he could do that all day. Hm, thought Mars. Neptune whistled by his side.

"What got you so happy?" asked Mars.

"I'm not sure, but I think Saturn likes me."

     "Oh?" Mars responded.

"Yeah! Yesterday, she made a origami crane. A great work, really. Anyway, Titan had stole it from her, and it landed on our table. I gave it back to her, and her pupils were dilated. I read somewhere that if someone has dilated eyes, then they like you." stated Uranus.

"Interesting." mumbled Mars. He felt like he should tell his friend about his crush, one of the only people who might know if Pluto actually liked him. He had less than 4 days to make his move and ask her to prom. He mustered up his courage as they walked past the Teacher's Lounge.

"Hey Uranus?" said Mars without much confidence, which was unusual for him. Ever since his parents died, we always hid his weakness under a thick veil of a solemn expression. "Can I ask you something?"

     "Sure, what's the matter?"

"Well you know, I like this girl..."

"Who is it?" replied Uranus, instantly; failing to hide his interest.

"I mean I'm not sure she likes me..."

"Well who is it? I might be able to help." Uranus always had the secret talent of helping people with their problems. Being slightly more extroverted than his brother, he could relate to most types of people. He just stayed out of the way of jerks like Jupiter.

"Well, you see she is your friend..."

"Are you talking about Pluto? She looks up to you, and I know that she has worried about your personal life since your parents erm, you know, died." It was always awkward when Mars's friends mentioned his deceased parents. They died when he was in 7th grade. Back then, he was friends with Earth. They began drifting apart, and soon, they never talked anymore. It was a shame, they were so similar.

Ms. Sun, whom had listened in to the entire conversation, pulled out her clip board. After what she heard, she had to take some notes. Before heading to the library, the old women made a stop in the office to buy some more tickets...
