Chapter 1: Think Before Acting

"Don't give me that look and just kiss me already shorty" I said wrapping my arms around his neck.

he rolled his eyes and said "I'll slice you up brat."

I smirked kissing his lips "keep thinking that..." I sat up kissing the air and pouted saying "again? Ughhh! How many times do I have to keep dreaming of this 5'0 foot man!?" I got from under the covers and rubbed my face, taking a deep breathe. I got dressed in my uniform and put my gear on, so I can be ready to spare with Petra. 

As I was walking down the hallway scratching my head thinking about how to actually show my affection to him, but knowing his attitude and action it's going to be hard. I mean I look up to him and I still have this burning urge to keep him unharmed, I found myself standing at his door so I looked at it and looked away saying "forget it he's probably cleaning.." I went outside and didn't find Petra so I was confused and checked the clock saying "where is she? She should be here.." I turned around seeing him, Levi, I frown as his murderous face looked at me.

"Oi, I'm your sparing partner today brat" he said pulling out his blades.

I pouted and said "I'm not sparing with you... You're too bossy."

He cocked an eyebrow and said "why is that?"

I crossed my arms and said "because last time you were bossy and I couldn't sit for a week..."

He shrugged and said "shouldn't have been so reckless..."

I blushed and said "where's Petra?" I saw him come at me with his blades so I pulled mine out as quickly as I can to block him, "hey! I asked you a question!"

"Less talking more sparing" he came at me again so I had to dodge him not fighting back because I knew he wasn't going to hurt me for real. I elbowed him in the chest so I got some distance from him to get some air, then he came out of nowhere as fast as lighting. 

My eyes widen at the sight and he swung his leg at me so I threw my arm up to block it pushing his leg back barely. I felt like at this moment he was trying to get me to fight back with him because I got annoyed when he tripped me so I rolled on the ground and kicked up off the ground, landing on my feet attacking back swinging my blades, so he tilt his head saying "oh did I do something?"

I rolled my eyes and said "shut up, or I'll make you!" I brought my blades down on him and he just simply kicked my hands with his foot knocking my blades out of my hand pushing me to the wall. He had me pinned by the wrist so I pouted.

He lift a bow and said "you were saying?"

I rolled my eyes, not wanting to continue this conversation anymore, I glanced to the side seeing Eren walking our way. I twist my wrists yanking them out of his grip to get away from Levi, I jog over to Eren slightly saying, "hey Eren, how'd it go with Hanji?"

His face turned red and he said "just fine, she was trying to get me to turn into a titan again"

I smiled and said "sounds like her"

He looked down blushing saying "yeah, Ananda-san, I actually have a question to ask.."

I nod putting my hands on my hips, and said "shoot" he messed with his fingers looking down.

Out of nowhere Levi pops out of nowhere and said "no time for talking, get ready to leave out"

I looked at him confused and asked "what? Where we going?" He didn't say anything and left getting on his horse. I bit my lip and watched as he got on his horse "I hope we don't encounter any titans.." I said under my breathe.

"If we do I won't let you get hurt" Eren said seriously.

I shook my head and looked at him smirking "now, now isn't that my line to say?" He smiled and got on his horse as well as I. As we was riding Eren asked me how I became part of Corporal's squad so I thought about it to answer his question placing my thumb on my bottom lip, when I was about to answer his question my ear twitches so I face the direction it came from seeing a Abnormal titan was coming straight to us so I yelled "Eren!"
