Chapter 3: The Walls Breach

"Wall Rose has been breached." They looked shocked so I could understand I was too, but I have to look strong for them to rely on me. I get on my horse I named Jean since they looked alike hehe, but I wouldn't tell Anastasia that now.

Nanaba then speaks out the list saying, "Mike's group: Mikasa Ackerman, Reiner Braun, Bertholdt Hoover, Eren Jaeger, Armin Arlert, Jacob Drescher, Don White, Joanna Kjellberg, Anastasia Cazares, Ananda Waiters Shawn Murphy, Lena Crops." I was shocked she put me in the same group as them, but didn't have to think about it all I know is we got a fucking breach at hands.

"Let's go, Jean" I said to my horse petting it's head. We make our way behind Mike following wherever he goes at this point.

"The titans have been spotted on the south-west of Wall Rose, between Trost district and Klorva district. Our mission is to arrive at Castle Utgard, check it's perimeter and wait for other groups to show up. Avoid confrontation with the titans unless it's strictly necessary Understood?" He looked back at us.

"Sir, why are we heading to that castle?" Don asks.

So I Said before Mike could even open his mouth "that is our meeting point. Nanaba's and Ysabelle and Dean's group will go there when they finish their mission. The Garrison and the other higher-ups will come as soon as possible as well. We have to ensure the castle's security and spend the night there I guess... But when the Garrison arrives they'll tell us what to do next." I explained.

Then Mike announced "and Eren, don't turn into a titan unless I tell you to." After two hours we reach the castle Utgard. It was getting dark and the castle was empty, even though it's in ruins. We checked the castle and the surroundings but haven't seen any titans. Even though we was in the tallest tower, we still couldn't spot any. 

"Ackerman, Waiters, Hoover and Braun, go search for some supplies and bring them back if you find anything. The rest of you, set a campfire and rest here. I'll go up to patrol for the first turn of the night" Mike had ordered.

As we were searching every room "let's see.." I say walking into a small room seeing a alcohol bottle and in a chest looking for something and found one can of food. But I couldn't read the label, but hey it's still food. I bet Sasha would eat this in a instant no matter what it is I joked. I pick both of the items up, I show'd them what I've found and gave it to Armin to keep and make sure no one touches it while I check upstairs. 

I went to the fifth floor after checking that the fourth floor was empty, I found Mikasa, Reiner and Bert staring at the floor, I didn't see what they were looking at but I didn't care, "Hey, did you find anything? I found a can of food and-"

"Ananda," Mikasa cuts me mid-sentence. I go to her side quickly and stared at her. But her eyes didn't leave the floor, with a slightly shocked expression. So I looked at the floor really wish I didn't. There lies a arm, it's bloody and pale and it's holding a blade, but the cable that connects the handle with the tanks is cut. There was a small blood path that is forming around it, so it had to be a fresh cut.

"Where's Mike?" I say not looking away.

"There," Reiner says quiet as ever. He points at something in the dark. I looked up seeing Mike's lifeless body hanging from a 14 meter titan's mouth. It quickly swallows it, it looks at us. I quickly close my fists tightly around the handle of my blades ready to attack if necessary.

"Don't." A deep voice orders, I look at Reiner and Bert only to see they look surprised as me. "This human's device is useless. We need another one" the voice says again. I found where the voice was coming from but I couldn't see it's face clearly. It was tall for sure, had big shoulders but it was hairy. "Come here" the one that ate Mike followed its orders. But then smashed the titan's head and neck with it's hand, killing it instantly.
