It was already 8:00
Cameron walked thru the door.
" Oh I didn't know Alyssa was here." He looked at Matt. And mouthed something.
" Gotta problem with that Cam?" I asked as Matt was putting two pancakes on my plate.
" No geez I don't. " he rolled his eyes. And sat down to eat pancakes." Thought so." I mumbled. " You know what actually I do have a problem." He stood up and put his fists on the table. " What." I replied quickly. " Well your so busy hanging out with Matt that me and him don't have a chance to hang out." He squinted his eyes at me. " Aww is somebody jealous." I looked at him a pouted. " Yes actually I am. Like your too busy sucking his dick like get up and get a life." He sat back down. " Uhh for your information I so have a life and I'm living it right now." I laughed. " Your so annoying and stubborn. No wonders your parents left you. " I looked at him. And so did Matt. Wow all this time thinking it was my fault my parents had divorced, that makes it better. " Okay dude it's eno-" he cut off Matt. " And that's why your parents-" I slapped Cameron. " Do you really wanna keep talking about my parents?" He was on the floor. I looked at him as he rubbed the spot. He got up and grabbed my two arms and was about to hit me back until Matt stopped him and sat him back down. I got up I didn't want to see Cameron's face unless he wanted his face to be against the ground. " Don't fuck with me. " I walked out the door. But then I realized I didn't eat my pancakes. Of course I went back in to get them.
I looked at Cameron he was sitting with his hands intertwined and his jaw clenching. Matt looked at me Like what am I doing here. I reached for my pancakes and sat down on his front porch. I mean my house is kinda far from Matt's. I called my dad and got no response. I called my mother and got the same. I texted my dad and told him too pick me up at Matt's house and I gave him the address.I sat there eating my pancakes and thinking about what Cameron did. I mean maybe it is all my fault. If I knew how to keep my mouth shut and tolerate people's behavior then this whole thing would have never happened. It's childish. I have to take responsibility for my actions. I laughed at my own thought.
I got up and went to grab the knob but someone had already opened the door.
I fell. I heard Cam and Matt giggling.
" It's not funny."
I put out my hands expecting Matt to help me up. But Cameron did. He pulled me up fast and my arms landed around his neck and his hands were on my lower back. What's happening this is awkward. "Are you okay." He asked me. " Yeah I'm fine. " "Okay guys." Matt interrupted. Cameron removed his hands from my lower back. And I removed my hands from around his neck. " Matt are u jealous?" Cameron asked. Matt gave him the look. " Okay I'm just kidding."
|| Matt's pov||
Me and cam sat back down at the table.
" Okay I was childish and I should have never put my hands on you. And I'm sorry." Alyssa said.
" I accept your apology. And I was childish too. And I'm also sorry."
She shook her head yes.
"Anyways I-" Alyssa was cut off by a car honking. Then her phone rang she answered it. " Hey dad."
" okay I'll be outside in a sec." She went upstairs and came back down with her clothes from yesterday. " Don't worry Matt I'll bring this set back." She winked at me and walked out the door. I went after her to say hi to her dad. He waved back then drove off.
" Well Cameron what do u wanna do today?" I asked him. ". I don't know. How about throw a party." I looked at him. " Yeah your right since it's the second to last day of break. But just not at my place cuz remember last time how my parents flipped out."
|| Alyssa's pov||
" Alyssa what were you doing in Matt's house?" My dad sounded really serious and concerned. " He offered me to stay the night since it was very late when we left Starbucks." He lifted up one eyebrow.
" But Cameron couldn't drop you off at your house?" He had a point but I wasn't gonna prove him right. " Yeah but no one was gonna be home and I don't like being all alone." He sat their silent. " But you could have came and stayed with me. You know your step mother aka Marina has a daughter and she is your age too. Maybe you can become friends." I thought about it. That would be cool since I've never had a sister before. " You're right dad next time I'll advise you.And aren't we going to moms house first to get my clothes?" He shook his head no. " I've brought you so many clothes and shoes and I'm sure you'll love them." I smiled at my dad. " You don't have too do all this for me dad but thanks."
A couple more left and right turns and we were there.
" We still have time so I'll show you, you and Marina's daughters room. Her name is Alaina."
He opened the door. Wowzers. The house is big. As soon as you walk in there's a little room and when you walk left into the actual house there's a area with mirrors on each side and lowkey it was a closet. And then there's a living room a hall way to the kitchen and the stairs to go upstairs. I turned right into the living room and the tv was right there . Then I went left into the dining room and I noticed there was a choice where u could go straight to the bathroom and then in front of the bathroom door you can go straight into the kitchen. But by the dinner table there was another pathway where you can go into the kitchen also. I did that. And once you enter the kitchen to your right is the basement door. And it had a mini bar table. Aka a little area where you can sit and talk. Then there was a backyard. It had these doors that would open like if it was a hotel balcony. But there was a built in pool. If you go outside fully there was a choice where u can go to your left to sit at the little tables that were in front of the built in pool or if you got to your left there were these 4 steps that led you to the area where the free space and the garage was. " There's more to the house come on." He said. I followed him to the upstairs. It had a bathroom on the left once you get to the top. The bathroom had a bathtub and a shower. I walked out the bathroom and the hallway was in a circle form. I checked the other rooms then came my room. Wow. All the other rooms big but mine was type small. But it was cool. It was painted purple. And had two beds one for me and one for Alaina. I went to the third floor and there was another bathroom and other rooms. And that was the end I didn't wanna see anymore even tho I still had the basement and the attic to explore. " wow dad I really love your house it's amazing."
" Thank you. And go check the closet in your room. Right side is yours the left is Alaina's.go change."
I did as he said. All the clothes and shoes made me feel like I was in heaven. Everything was so organized and what I loved about it was that it was a walk in closet. This one outfit really caught my eye. Dark green jeans and a white crop top. And it had a little purse that matched with my pants. I love it. I put it. And went back downstairs.
" Aye looking good honey. So do u like the clothes?" He asked. " yeah all of them."
" so tell me what do u wanna do while twelve o'clock hits." He asked. " well can we go down to the park and get some frozen yogurt." I asked. " Yeah definitely. " I grabbed my purse that matched with my pants and we head out.
|| hours later||
We made it back to the house " that was so fun guys." We met Alaina and Marina along the way we all got frozen yogurt together. Me and Alaina get along great. " Okay girls we have a little surprise for you. Stay out in the backyard." My dad said as they both went upstairs.
We went to the back yard. " I really love this house your living in Alaina." She laughed. " thank you. So how old are you? 16 right." I shook my head yes. " yeah that's right. You know I wish I could have met you along time ago. Things would have been great." I said. " Me too especially since your dad and my mom have been together for a long time." She replied. " Oh I didn't know that." I said confused. "Yeah your dad talks a lot about you and I really wanted to meet you." She smiled. Her big green eyes staring into mine. And her straight teeth shining. " I really love your eye color. It's fascinating." I said with excitement. " Not as much as your eyes. Ive never seen any girl with blue-ish gray eyes and long eyelashes." She smiled again. " Just a second girls I'm looking for my camera." My dad yelled. " My dad is such a goof." I said as I giggled. " Tell me about it." She rolled her eyes but with a smile on her face. " So do u have a boyfriend?" I asked. She looked at me concerned. " .. Orrr girlfriend." I added shyly. " I'm bi." Suddenly all my shyness went away. " Hey me too." I concluded finally someone I can confess too. " So you have a what?" I asked. I was dying to know. "Girlfriend or boyfriend?"
