~Victoria's P.O.V~
It had been an entire day since I had seen my sister so when I knocked on her door in the morning to train, I was overly excited to see her. I knocked and knocked but there was no answer. That was weird. I thought that maybe she was practicing her archery skills with Ben, but it seemed highly improbable since Sarah hardly ever woke up before me. I decided to try the knob to see if it would budge and to my surprise the door automatically opened. I pushed it all the way open as I called for my sister. I had a horrible feeling in my gut but I tried to push it away.
"Sarah! Hey sis. Where are you?" I walked past the living room, and took a quick glance in the kitchen before making my way to the bathroom. With every step I took, I felt my heart beat three times as fast.
"Sarah! Oh my God! Saraahhh!!" There she was lying on the bathroom floor, unconscious with something in her hand. Dried blood from her nose was all over her face and hands. I checked her pulse and found that she was still alive but her heart was beating incredibly slowly. I called for Ben and Chris or anyone who could hear me as I gently picked up Sarah's small, frail body from the bathroom floor. At that moment I realized just how fragile my little sister was.
I carried Sarah to the elevator. As I was about to press the button to go down, the doors opened and Ben and Chris rushed out. Chris saw me first.
"What happened?!"
"I don't know, but can you please call the ambulance? I left my phone in my room."
Ben called the ambulance instead, while Chris took Sarah from my arms. We all went down the elevator and waited for the ambulance to arrive. It may have taken only a few minutes but each passing second felt like an hour. I could see Sarah's breaths becoming more and more shallow. We were waiting by an exit that I had never seen before. Since Ben and Chris still did not trust us to know the whereabouts of the exits, we had to be blindfolded whenever we went out. At this moment they had no choice and I could see that Ben and Chris, especially Ben, were uncomfortable with it.
We only had to wait for five minutes for the ambulance to show up but it felt like an hour. I dreaded each second that passed. When the ambulance finally showed up, they gently placed Sarah in the stretcher and carried her onto the ambulance. I pleaded with them to let me come, telling them that she was my sister. They had no choice but to oblige.
We drove for another five minutes until we reached the hospital's Emergency entrance. That was when the EMS noticed that Sarah had been carrying something in her hands. I was astonished that it still had not dropped. I smiled a little thinking of the death grip Sarah had even in her unconscious state. As they carried the stretcher out, I took a hold of my sister's hand squeezing it lightly and then took the object out of her hand. I looked carefully at it and when realizing what it was, I froze in place.
Before I could have a proper reaction the prescription drug was snatched from my hand and the emergency responders were on the run. It all felt like a dream. In the distance I could hear yelling. I heard something along the lines of 'lethal drug poisoning' and 'over dose'. Everything felt like it was happening in slow motion. I was in a daze as I walked in the direction the emergency responders had gone. I barely felt the ground beneath my feet. Suddenly the ground seemed to be closing in faster and faster and the last thing I saw before darkness took over was Ben sprinting towards me.

A blurred white ceiling and walls surrounded me as I awoke. As my vision began to clear, I caught something at the corner of my eye and I turned my head to look at it. My eyes wandered the perfection sleeping on the chair next to me. Ben's overgrown chestnut locks covered one of his closed ocean blue eyes as he snored lightly. His head was slightly tilted and there were dark circles under his eyes meaning he had not been sleeping for long and that he must have had a long night.
