I zipped the last of my suitcases then started strolling them out of Ethan's room.

Once I set foot out of the room Meredith stopped laughing. I looked to my left and saw them both on the couch. Ethan kept looking at me then back down at my suit cases.

"Hey, where're you going?" Ethan walked over to me. "Oh, I um. . ." I needed to make something up.

". . . Well you see, my mom really wants me to move back in with her." I said trying not to crinkled my nose.

I couldn't help myself, I crinkled my nose.

What's so bad about crinkling your nose Kelsey? Oh, I just crinkle my nose when I lie.

"You're lying. Where are you really going Kelsey?"

I looked beside Ethan and looked back at Meredith. She looked upset. I remember what she said about Ethan always paying attention to me, so, I had to be mean.

God, I suck at being mean.

"Why do you care?"

Was that mean enough?

Ethan looked back at Meredith and saw that she was upset. "Fine, go. I was gonna ask you to move out anyways." He said walked back to Meredith.

"Fine, I will go." I whipped my head and grabbed my camera. "Bye Meredith, I'll see you next week at our photoshoot." I smiled. "...bye." She gave me a soft toothless smile.

I looked at Ethan with a stern face.

"Ethan."

"Kelsey."

I walked through the door and looked back. Ethan came and poked his head out. "I hope you never come back!"

I chuckled, "like I planned on it."

He quickly glanced back at Meredith then turned back. "See you later?"

"You Bettcha." I smiled.

"I never want to see you face ever again!"
He yelled.

"Bye kels." He whispered before shutting the door. I rolled my eyes with a small laugh.

"Shit." I said to myself. I turned around and contemplated on weather or not I should ask Ethan for Nate's number.

I sighed then walked away from the door. I walked to the elevator then did the usual. I repeatedly pushed to button until it opened. I was looking down so I didn't see that I was going to bump into someone.

I rubbed my forehead then looked up. "Oh, Grayson, hey!" I smiled.

"You going somewhere?" Grayson pointed down at my bags.

I avoided his question then pushed him back into the elevator with me being latched onto his shirt.

"Can I talk to you?" I leaned against the wall.

"Go for it."

"Does Megan ever talk to you about Meredith? Like has she ever said that Meredith has a problem with me?" I looked him dead in the eye.

"All she's ever said was that they've had problems because she thinks he likes you." He took a jolly rancher out of his pocket then slowly slurped it in.

"Why? I don't get it. I don't even like him like that."

"He doesn't either. Trust me, if he did, he wouldn't be able to keep it a secret. He's not the best at keeping them."

"Good."
