"Are you ready for this life changing event?" Nate asked putting my necklace on for me before i could enter the building. I turned around and smiled. "I'm ready. maybe a little nervous though." I sighed. Nate cupped my face and kissed me. "you'll do fine, now go." I exhaled roughly and walked through the doors.
"May i help you?" The girl at the front desk asked. "Yeah um. . .I'm Kelsey, Kelsey Calemine ." I smiled. She went through the computer really quick then smiled. "Just go down the hall to your left."
I smiled for the like the hundredth time today and did as she said. I entered the room full of unfamiliar faces. They were the models of course. I really don't know much of the Calvin Klein models, but hoping to see one I'm familiar with.
"Kelsey!"
I spoke too soon. I heard Meredith's voice shout. I spread a fake smile onto my face and faced her. "Meredith hey! What are you doing here?" I asked. "I'm your model. Well, Ethan and I are both your models."
My smile instantly faded, "what?"
"Yeah, I was the one who sent your photos in of me from like a month ago."
Just as she said that Ethan came from behind her and wrapped her in his arms. "Hey Ethan," I waved awkwardly. "Oh and um, thanks Meredith. I guess I owe you one."
I waved off and walked towards all of the other photographers. I looked back at Meredith and ethan but they were leaving. "Kelsey, Kelsey Calemine?" a woman behind me asked. I turned around and faced her. i recognized her voice. "Yes? Are you the woman that called me?" i asked.
"Yes i am, now follow me."
I did as told and was led to a car. A man drove us to a small studio. The only people there were Meredith, Ethan, People that situated the lighting, and the stylists.I gulped in nervousness and walked out of the room. I grabbed the camera they had for me and shut my eyes.
"C'mon Kelsey, don't screw this up. It's just a photoshoot with Meredith. Just act like no one is watching." I sighed then walked back into the room.
Ethan approached me and smiled. "You got this Kels. I know you do."
I gave him a high rise toothless smile and walked over to Meredith. "You ready?" i asked.
"I'm a model, I'm always ready."
"great." i muttered.
I put the canon viewfinder up to my eye with the camera being vertical and twisted the lens for a small close up and snapped the shot.

I snapped another three before the stylists came and fixed her hair. "You're doing great Kels." Ethan smiled at me as he looked at the pictures on the big screen.
"thanks, its what i do. Be great at things." i say sarcastically.
"Alright, let's do round two. Meredith, just do your thing. And Molly, you're doing great, Just straighten the camera out a little more and we'll be fine."
"sure. will do."
I raised the camera up to my eye and waited for Meredith to pose. I Snapped a few shots and felt satisfied with the shots i took. "I think we should take five," Henry my supervisor yelled.
I sighed of relief and set the camera down. " you're doing amazing Kelsey. Keep up the good work. I'm gonna go get something to eat, want anything?" meredith asked.
"I'm good, thank you."
She smiled and walked away. I honestly would love this job even more if she wasn't my model. And the fact that Ethan too is my model, makes me feel a bit skeptical about the whole thing.
"Hey Kels."
" hi ethan."
"You ready to take shots of me?"
I gulped loudly and looked at him with wide eyes.
"More than ready, but i feel awkward about the whole thing, you know? Meredith hates me, you practically kicked me out just to please Meredith, and you caught me and nate about to do things, not that that has anything to do with this, but you get the point."
"Can I ask you something, are you and Nate back together?" He asked with such apprehension.
"To be honest with you, I don't know." "But tell me, how are things with you and Mickelson?" I asked.
"We've argued less than when you lived with us." He said stuffing a grape into his mouth. "Gee, thanks."
"Hey, we only argued because she thought there was something going on between us, but now that I've 'kicked you out' we've been getting along much better... And I mean waaay much better, like better than better itself. It's just WAY better, like you don't even know how better it i-"
"Okay Ethan, I get it. You guys are getting along much better." I rolled my eyes.
"Sorry. I'm trying to give you the hint that we. . . You know."
I licked my lips. "Had sex?"
He nodded with a smirk. I just want to wipe that dirty smirk off of his gorgeous face.
"Yeah well, me and Nate have done it too. In fact, we did it Right before I even got here." I totally lied. We haven't don't anything other than practically make out. And to my surprise, I didn't scrunch my nose like I usually do when i lie.
"Yeah well, Meredith and I are doing it after the photoshoot. How 'bout that?" He smirked placing his hands on his hips.
"Yeah well us too! Nate's great." I scowled in jealousy.
"Oh please, Nate doesn't know how to pleasure his or any girl. I bet if you were with me, you wouldn't even be able to walk the next day." He whispered as he pulled me closer to him by my waist.
Did I just hear what I think I heard?
"Yeah well. . . I'm not with you, so i am walking" I huffed and walked away.
I stopped in my tracks and walked back.
"I forgot my camera!" I got the camera and walked away. I could hear Ethan chuckle and it made me smile.
