L x Depressed! reader. Part 7

*Lightning strikes * You wake up immediately on the couch, laying on L's stomach. He is still sleeping. You decide it would be best to start with the plan now. You put on your jacket and  F/C (favourite colour )converse, quietly to not wake him up and then start running as fast as you can. You finally stop at Light's doorstep. You reach your hand in your pocket and turn on the recorder just in case any evidence comes out of Light.

Light's POV ( hah didn't expect that did ya? :D damn i'm bad at this )

I heard the doorbell and slowly arose from my chair, putting the death note in my drawer. I slightly opened the door but when I saw who it was, I opened the door completely and got out of the way so she could come in... at the doorstep was Y/N-san. I wasn't really sure why she was here at this time... It could have been that L sent her here... But by what I have seen... She seems to hate L a lot... " Come in Y/N, don't stand in the rain " I said, closing the door after her and leading her to my room. When she sat on the chair that was at my desk I felt anxiety flooding through my body. What if she starts snooping around... Nahh she won't... I was snapped out of my thoughts when she asked " Light Yagami, are you Kira? " Hah, like she actually expects me to admit it... I thought. " No, of course not... did L send you? " " No.. I ran away.. he doesn't know that I did.. yet... " she said. Her face looks so innocent.. so cute.. WTF HEAD? I can't fall for her this easy.. no... dammit... 

Y/N's POV

My plan is working... I thought. " Oh... well that's a shame.. " Light looks up at you " huh? why? " he asks. " You really look like you have Kira potential... I admire Kira.. He is.. our new god... " Light's eyes widen. I know his secret.. all I need is a few words of admitting... I thought. " Well I guess i'll be going then... this was a waste of time since you are not Kira... or maybe you are.. but you just won't tell me.. " Light suddenly stands up " I'm not Kira and i'm going to prove it! " " Oh? well I guess i'll see you around Light... " I close the door with a smirk and leave the house. It has stopped raining but you could hear slight thunder once in a while... You decided to calmly walk back to HQ and get back to work with the little evidence you got.. Or actually.. you didn't really get any.. You decided to try next time. As you walk in L's office, he turns his chair around and stares at you " And where have you been miss Y/N? " You hold back a laugh  " Miss? where did that come from L-kun? " " huh? was there something wrong with it? " " No, no it's just that you don't call me that often and if you could stop that then I will be pleased... " " hmm ok, if you say so " he mumbled. You then decided to go to the bathroom to have a quick check. You locked the door and threw your pants away, then proceeded to take off your shirt. You stared at your half naked body, analyzing the scars on your right arm and your left leg. The leg wasn't bleeding anymore and neither was the nose. Your arm was healing slowly. But there was one thing that you didn't know was healing or not... your heart... you never felt love or being loved... you wanted to know how to love and you wanted to feel how it is to be loved... when L told you he loved you.. you just replied with " i love you too " even though you weren't quite sure how you felt... you didn't want to break him...

L's POV

After last nights experience, I have completely fallen for Y/N-san... Though I have never kissed anyone in my life.. it seemed like I have had experience cause she didn't complain... When I woke up from our nap, Y/N wasn't resting on my stomach anymore, I started to worry... where could she have gone without informing me?... But that was in the past.. she is here now thankfully... I wonder where she's been for so long...

Y/N's POV

I decided to let the wounds heal naturally without any healing creams and etc. I put my clothes back on and exited the bathroom. L looked at me puzzled and asked " are you alright? " " yeah.. thanks for asking " I answered and then went back to work. Then my phone came to life and I checked to see who it was that called me... I frowned...

Yey cliffhanger i'm so evil sorry xd it has to happen to make it more interesting... not that my story is really interesting hahaha XD yeah whatever I hope you enjoyed :DDD
