L x Depressed! reader. Part 9

You were in a deep coma and had lost a lot of blood. It has been 1 month since you fell into a coma and L was still working on the Kira case. No one knew you were alive, only the doctors and nurses that took care of you. L fell into depression for your " loss "... and didn't have any motivation to work no matter how hard Light tried to cheer him up. 

Light's POV

Y/N was for sure dead... L had fallen into depression and he can't work... This is just getting better... It would be better if he just quit this case and let me win... But no matter what.. I'll definitely win this game... 

L's POV

Even though Y/N might be dead, I still have a feeling we will meet and it's getting stronger every day... Maybe it means something... I really need to focus on this case and i'm sure Y/N-san would have wanted me to do that.. I'll try for her...

Normal POV

The case was keeping up again after a bit and they seemed to get closer. L started pondering about the words you said... "L, watch out for Light... " L mumbled...  He wrote it down and thought of arresting Light but he didn't have any proof whatsoever. Even though he couldn't arrest him because he was lacking proof, L still knew it was the thing you wanted him to do...

The nurses and the doctors thought of turning off the machine that kept you alive when suddenly they heard the alarm go off in your recovery room. They all rushed in to find the bed empty and all the tubes that kept you alive were ripped off. You escaped through the window since you weren't that high in the building. It was raining heavily and you were only in your white shirt and black jeans that were left for you. While you were running back to HQ, L was on the rooftop in the rain... staring up to the sky " Y/N... this feeling that we're meeting soon is stronger than ever... " he said to himself. It was already night and it started to get even darker. L decided to get inside to prevent everyone from worrying. After about a half an hour of running non stop you stood in front of the HQ, wind blowing your hair to the side. You thought for a second and decided to go undercover and not reveal yourself yet... You ran towards an old clothes shop that for some reason worked 24/7. You got out of it with a hoodie on, a mouth scarf that covered your mouth and nose and then in another 24/7 store you got a voice changer and put it on ( idk if voice changers that you can put on exist but they do here xD ) You turned it on and tested it. Your voice was now like L's when he changes it when he goes undercover ( omg it's hard to explain idk.. you know what i mean XD ) You walked to the headquarters and before walking in you put on your hood and checked if the voice changer still works. You walk in only to be stopped by the guards, you then show them your fake ID that says you're an undercover detective and they let you in. A guard is sent with you and the other one informs L about your arrival. You get lead to a big office and you nod for him to leave. You stand there with your hands in your hoodie pockets and wait for L. Then the door slowly opens to reveal the one and only, L. The two of you stand in the opposite sides of the room, cameras watching your every move. " I'm L " he said. " I'm G " I answered. " What brings you here G? " L asked in a serious and monotonous voice. If he just knew who he was facing, you thought.... " I'm a successor of Y/N, I came here to replace her... " you said in your robotic voice...
