First Dayy

Zorian

It was my first day at a new school. I was ñervous as hell because I don't know anybody here and I was afraid they would dislike me for whatever reason. I was finally out of bed and cleaning up my room. I had to reach school at eleven and it was already 7:30. When I was finish cleaning I went to the bathroom to do my hygiene before heading to the kitchen. I was hungry as hell but thankfully I didn't have to wait no time before eating because Sade had just finished the second omelette, while she was busy with all of that I made my presence known and made us some hot chocolate then Zari feeding. Zari was in her high chair playing around with one of her many toys.

"You taking me to school today?"

"Do I have to? I mean you're not a baby or anything"

" I know.. But you should take me"  I whined a little. I really wanted her company on my first day.

"Alright. But... You're taking the bus tomorrow and the days after tomorrow too"

" that's fine"  I grinned away

It was now 10:30, I had work in an hour so I was hoping this wouldn't take long. I could tell she was nervous by the way how the palm of her hands sweat.
I had made sure she looked just fine so nobody would tease her. We were now at the office and as soon as everything finally got situated I left and was now on my way to work. 
I was hoping Ashley would stop by today. I haven't spoken to her about two days now because we were both busy. But then again that's no excuse for a real friendship. Soon I was infront of the salon so I parked at my usual spot and got out. I realized a lot of people was here as usual.
I didn't care much about working late today because Ashley's mom took Zari for the night. I didn't mind doing hair its something I love to do. I just wanted to make enough money and buy my parents a better house to live in.

As soon as I got situated we started doing business.

I was called up by my Literature teacher Mrs. Daley to read one of the many chapters from a book. This was definitely not my thing. But thank God for the lunch bell. Everyone gather their books and materials before I could even finish the sentence, which was Rude and disrespectful and off they went. As soon as I packed my bag I left as well. I wasn't familiar with the surrounding as yet so I followed the crowd to this huge cafeteria. I was pretty much disgust by the behavior of some students while they were eating. I didn't wanted much so I ordered a burger with fries and a coke and went to the play field to sit on a bench to myself.
Not far long I was joined by someone.

" Hi, I'm Chad... And you are?"  He stood out his hand for me to shake but instead I just shot him a smile. I wasn't being mean, but hey I was eating my burger.

" I'm Zorian"  I moved over on the bench and he sat beside me

" so Zorian.. I see you're new here.. Where you from?"

" does that matter?"

" no, not at all"

"Okay"  he continued to stare while I ate my food.

" you think I can show you around sometime?"
"Yeah.. No prob'"
By now I was through with eating, so Chad and I continued to talk before our next period begin. Chad was pretty cool, he was sweet, he had a good personality so far not to mention he was cute. As soon as the bell rang we went to English class. We sat beside each other in the third row. When the teacher arrived I went and showed her my slip before seated again. Since she didn't have any lesson planned, we did comprehension until the bell rang. Again I was a bit hungry so on my way from the restroom I stop by the vending machine to get a chocolate bar. Chad was waiting on me further down the hall with his friends so I hurried. We were minutes late for class, I was stop by the teacher who lectured me for not being late for his class again.
" okay class.. So today we'll be looking at digestion.. New girl I didn't get your name what's your name again?"  He pointed to me

"Its Zorian" I spoke

" Zorian, can you tell us what is digestion?"

All attention was on me which made me a little nervous, but what really got me nervous was when this guy who was seated infront of me turned around and stared with a smile.

"Zorian?" Mr.Knight called out

" yeah. Well its the mechanical break down  of large pieces of food into smaller pieces and the breaking down of chemical food molecules"

"Okay yes. That can work"
He turned and walked back to his desk. The guy gave me one more glance before focusing on the board.

It was around 12 midnight, I had just gotten off from work. I didn't know if Zorian cooked so I stopped by at Wendy's. I went to her room to check up on her and she was asleep with books at her head. She must have been studying or doing homework. I went to the bathroom and took a shower before going to bed. I wasn't sure about working tomorrow, Ashley and I had plans. When I was through I dried my body and then oil it down. After that I put on my underwear but no bra and one of my silk robe and went to bed.

Long day huh?..
Oh well.

Be patient people. It won't be this boring for too long
